Non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for storing program, output method, and output system

An output method executed by a computer includes: receiving compressed data encoded in a state in which a page break is identifiable in print data having a plurality of pages and an encoding dictionary used for the encoding; identifying the page break of the received compressed data and partially decompressing the received compressed data into the print data in units of pages, by using the encoding dictionary; and outputting the print data in order of the decompression.

A computer-implemented method, computer program product and computing system for: processing an unencoded data file to identify a plurality of file segments, wherein the unencoded data file is a dataset for use with a disaster recovery process; mapping each of the plurality of file segments to a portion of a dictionary file to generate a plurality of mappings that each include a starting location and a length, thus generating a related encoded data file based, at least in part, upon the plurality of mappings; receiving a request to manipulate the unencoded data file from the disaster recovery process; and processing the related encoded data file based, at least in part, upon the plurality of mappings and the dictionary file to generate a modified encoded data file that represents the requested manipulations of the unencoded data file.

Soft data compression for non-volatile memory

An encoder of a storage medium encodes data subject to a read operation specified by a storage controller by generating a plurality of symbols representing a soft data stream corresponding to the data subject to the read operation, where each symbol of the plurality of symbols includes (i) a single-bit value number indicating whether the symbol counts 0s or 1s, and (ii) an N-bit count number indicating a bit count associated with the symbol, where N is greater than or equal to two, and the encoder of the storage medium is configured to convey the plurality of generated symbols to the storage controller via electrical interface circuitry connecting the storage medium and the storage controller.

Non-volatile memory compression for memory repair

One example includes an integrated circuit (IC). The IC includes non-volatile memory and logic. The logic is configured to receive repair code associated with a memory instance and assign a compression parameter to the repair code based on a configuration of the memory instance. The logic is also configured to compress the repair code based on the compression parameter to produce compressed repair code and to provide compressed repair data that includes the compressed repair code and compression control data that identifies the compression parameter. A non-volatile memory controller is coupled between the non-volatile memory and the logic. The non-volatile memory controller is configured to transfer the compressed repair data to and/or from the non-volatile memory.

Technologies for accelerator interface

Technologies for an accelerator interface over Ethernet are disclosed. In the illustrative embodiment, a network interface controller of a compute device may receive a data packet. If the network interface controller determines that the data packet should be pre-processed (e.g., decrypted) with a remote accelerator device, the network interface controller may encapsulate the data packet in an encapsulating network packet and send the encapsulating network packet to a remote accelerator device on a remote compute device. The remote accelerator device may pre-process the data packet (e.g., decrypt the data packet) and send it back to the network interface controller. The network interface controller may then send the pre-processed packet to a processor of the compute device.
