GAMING KIT
A gaming kit, including a drawn sheet and an application, for running on a hand-held computer including a camera, where the application includes at least one task, and where the task and accomplishment thereof are applicable by aiming the camera to at least a first zone of the sheet, for indicating at least one drawing of the first zone.
Ultrasonic Sensor
Object detection may include transmitting, by a first device, a first pulse into an environment using a wide field configuration of an ultrasonic sensor array, detecting a presence of an object in the environment based on a detected echo based on the first pulse. In response to detecting the presence of the object, a targeted configuration of the ultrasonic sensor array is determined, and a second pulse is transmitted into the environment based on the second pulse, wherein a characteristic of the object is determined based on a detected echo from the second pulse.
WATER RIDE ATTRACTION INCORPORATING INTERACTIVE GAME PLAY
A waterslide attraction is provided that incorporates at least one waterslide element and at least one storyline element. Riders typically ride in a ride vehicle that may incorporate controls that may provide responses to stimuli presented during the ride. A user's responses to the stimuli are used to alter the storyline presented and may also alter ride characteristics. At the conclusion of the ride, a user is presented with a score.

Gaming with earpiece 3D audio
A method of providing an enhanced gaming experience includes steps of sensing environmental audio with at least one microphone of an earpiece, combining a game sound with the environmental audio to provide a composite audio signal, and transducing the composite audio signal at the earpiece. The game sound may be positioned within a three-dimensional audio environment. The composite audio signal may be transduced to provide a three-dimensional audio experience.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONFIGURING AVATARS IN INTERACTIVE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENTS
An interactive physical environment providing entertainment to a patron includes a scanner, a sensor within the room, and a control system. The scanner is associated with a room provided by the interactive physical environment. The scanner identifies a patron of the interactive physical environment and transmits patron identification information. The sensor determines patron game performance data and transmits the patron performance data. The control system receives patron identification information from the scanner and patron performance data from the sensor. The control system, responsive to the received patron identification information and patron performance data, modifying an avatar associated with the patron.
MULTI-SOURCE EVENT CORRELATION SYSTEM
A sensor event detection and tagging system that analyzes data from multiple sensors to detect an event and to automatically select or generate tags for the event. Sensors may include for example a motion capture sensor and one or more additional sensors that measure values such as temperature, humidity, wind or elevation. Tags and event detection may be performed by a microprocessor associated with or integrated with the sensors, or by a computer that receives data from the microprocessor. Tags may represent for example activity types, players, performance levels, or scoring results. The system may analyze social media postings to confirm or augment event tags. Users may filter and analyze saved events based on the assigned tags. The system may create highlight and fail reels filtered by metrics and by tags.

ATTENTION-BASED AI DETERMINATION OF PLAYER CHOICES
Using a camera or other tracking hardware, the attention of a player of a computer game (based on gaze direction, for instance) is tracked at key/predetermined points during game play. For example, when the player enters a new area in the game such as a simulated room, town, etc., it is determined what the player's gaze focuses on more, e.g., a dog huddled in the corner, a nobleman with obvious signs of wealth, or a shifty appearing figure in the shadows. Based on this input, one or more factors of future gameplay are determined, such as an order in which to present encounters/challenges, adjusting a character's “morality” score/flag, adjusting bonuses/penalties to non-player character (NPC) interactions, etc.
