BIMANUAL INTEGRATIVE VIRTUAL REHABILITATION SYSTEM AND METHODS
A system provides bi-manual game-based integrative therapy combining cognitive training with mild upper body physical exercising during game play. The system includes a pair of interfaces tracking a user's arms in 3D and detect trigger pressing. Custom therapeutic game controllers that detect grasping force, finger extension, 3D hand position, skin temperature and pulse may be used. Using one of these interfaces the patient plays a series of custom games displayed on a laptop, medical grade workstation, or other computer platform. The whole therapeutic system may be integrated on a medical cart, so to make the system mobile and easier to place in a clinical setting. Games were designed to improve motor control, shoulder strength, finger and arm range of motion, task sequencing, focusing, decision making (executive function), short term and long term visual/auditory memory, and were progressed in difficulty over 6 to 8 weeks of therapy. This therapy reduces depression.
Brake cylinder mechanical stopper
A brake cylinder includes a brake cylinder housing having a master chamber, a slave chamber, and a wall disposed there between. The wall defines at least one opening configured to provide fluid communication between the master chamber and the slave chamber. The brake cylinder also includes a master piston configured to pressurize fluid in the master chamber when a brake pedal is pressed. The brake cylinder further includes a slave piston and a pressure sensor disposed in fluid communication with the slave chamber. The pressure sensor is configured to measure pressure in the slave chamber and send a signal to a processor indicating of movement of the brake pedal. When pressurizing fluid in the master chamber, the master piston is configured to drive fluid from the master chamber to the slave chamber via the at least one opening to increase pressure in the slave chamber.
JOYSTICK DRIFT PROCESSING METHOD, DEVICE AND RELATED COMPONENTS
A joystick drift processing method, comprising: acquiring a command output state of a joystick (S101); not responding to a movement command generated by the joystick when the command output state is a drift output state (S102); and responding to a movement command generated by the joystick to adjust a state of a target object when the command output state is a normal output state (S103). It can distinguish whether the movement command generated by the joystick is based on user’s operation or based on joystick drift. When the joystick is in the drift output state, the processor does not respond to the movement command generated by the joystick, so as to avoid the misoperation on the target object and improve the user’s game experience.

A joystick drift processing method, comprising: acquiring a command output state of a joystick (S101); not responding to a movement command generated by the joystick when the command output state is a drift output state (S102); and responding to a movement command generated by the joystick to adjust a state of a target object when the command output state is a normal output state (S103).
