Method and system for computer-aided stateful live-action game play
A computing system that includes wearable computing components may be provided that creates an interactive game for at least two players. Finite state machines may be provided with a range of states that correspond to an array of possible states of a player of the game. Each player is assigned a client device, which preferably may be embedded in wearable computing components. The client device uses software to execute a first instance of a finite state machine. The client deceives are connected in a network with server devices. The state machines transition states based upon player interaction with other players and objects. When the state machines transition states, the players are notified and their respective states within the game also change. A programmable game server can be used to process rules of interactive game and to enable a user to specify rules for other or new interactive games.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF TRANSFERRING STATE DATA FOR APPLICATIONS
A computer system that includes at least two game devices is provided. A first game device is used by a user to play a game and a second game device is used to receive state data regarding playing the game on the first game device. The state data is continuously applied to a game that is executed on the second game device to allow for the user to seamlessly transition to playing the game on the second game device.

SMART SYSTEM FOR DISPLAY OF DYNAMIC MOVEMENT PARAMETERS IN SPORT AND TRAINING
This invention relates to a system that interconnects real golf or other sports equipment to a computer. From hereon, sports apparatus, sports equipment, sports equipment items, are examples of a gaming apparatus, unit, tool, or item, and the latter should be understood to be included in the former. In a preferred embodiment the computer is coupled wirelessly to sports implement component, in one embodiment, the sporting equipment is a race car steering wheel coupled with a driver's hand, boxing gloves coupled with a fist, tennis racquet, couple with a tennis ball, basketball coupled with a shooting hand, football couple with a throwing hand, bicycle coupled with a pedal, bowling ball coupled with a bowling throw, soccer couple with a kick, volleyball coupled with a hitting hand, baseball bat coupled with a baseball, all using sensors including accelerometers, gyroscopes and a compass and or a combination of multiple sensing devices.
System for remote game access
A system for allowing a user to remotely access a game includes: a game console; a remote console client configured to receive a game control signal; and a remote console server. The remote console server includes an audio and video encoder configured to receive an audio output and a video output from the game console and to convert the audio output and the video output to a network packet. The remote console server also includes: a game controller emulation unit and a network interface configured to send and receive the network packet. The game controller emulation unit is configured to receive a game controller signal from the game console and to send the game controller signal to the remote console client and to receive a game controller input from the remote console client and send the game controller input to the game console.

Methods and apparatus to emulate a toy
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to emulate a toy are disclosed. An example server includes a processor and memory including machine readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations including requesting a confirmation code in response to a request to download model data associated with a toy, and if the confirmation code is valid, (1) providing the model data to a mobile communication device, and (2) transmitting toy-identifying data associated with the toy to a secure storage of the mobile communication device which provided the valid code.

Method and apparatus for enhancing a gaming experience
A method includes communicatively coupling a physical object with a body. One or more of the body or the physical object has connectivity to a computer having a processor. The method also includes detecting a sound determined to match an audio fingerprint. The method further includes setting a function of the physical object based on the audio fingerprint. The method additionally includes generating a virtual representation of the physical object and the body in a virtual reality viewable by way of a display associated with the computer. Generating the virtual representation of the physical object and the body includes orienting a virtual version of the physical object with respect to a virtual version of the body. The method also includes causing the virtual version of the physical object to be usable in accordance with the function of the physical object.
