Method for selecting and displaying television programs transmitted through an internet network, and related apparatus and system
A method is described for selecting and displaying, on or through a television signal receiver apparatus capable of connecting to Internet and of pointing to URL's, television programs transmitted through an Internet network, said method comprises the step of associating at least one URL, or Uniform Resource Locator, corresponding to streaming audio/video of a specific television program, with the same television program of an EPG, or Electronic Program Guide, received by said apparatus via television broadcast, and wherein said association requires that said URL be stored into a memory-type processing circuit of the apparatus to create a link between said specific television program received through said Internet network and the same specific television program of said EPG received by said television receiver apparatus via television broadcast.
Advertising measurement and conversion measurement for radio systems
A system comprises an Internet network interface, and a first server. The first server include a first port operatively coupled to the Internet network interface, a memory, a processor, and a service application for execution by the processor. The service application is configured to receive a digital audio file and associated radio broadcast information via the Internet network interface, obtain an audio file identifier using a segment of the digital audio file, forward the digital audio file to a radio broadcast system according to the radio broadcast information, receive the segment of the digital audio file and associated radio reception information via the internet network interface, and identify the digital audio file and record the radio reception information for the identified digital audio file.

Apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals, apparatus for receiving broadcast signals, method for transmitting broadcast signals and method for receiving broadcast signals
The present invention provides a method of transmitting broadcast signals. The method includes, formatting input streams into Data Pipe (DP) data, Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) encoding the DP data according to a code rate, bit interleaving the LDPC encoded DP data, mapping the bit interleaved DP data onto constellations, building at least one signal frame including the mapped DP data, and modulating data in the built signal frame by an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) method and transmitting the broadcast signals having the modulated data, wherein the input streams include Audio/Video (A/V) data and service guide data, and wherein the Audio/Video (A/V) data and service guide data are included in first ISO base media file format (ISOBMFF) files.
Apparatus and method for an advanced television systems committee (ATSC) 3.0 application running on a non-ATSC 3.0 service
A reception apparatus includes a memory configured to store a television receiver application. The reception apparatus further includes processing circuitry configured to display, via a television broadcaster application, a user interface that provides a plurality of services for user selection. The processing circuitry is further configured to receive a user selection of a service from the plurality of displayed services. The processing circuitry is further configured to determine whether the selected service is an Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 1.0 service. In response to the determination that the selected service is the ATSC 1.0 service, the processing circuitry is further configured to continue execution of the television broadcaster application along with a display of the contents of the selected service.
