The device includes a front strap, a mid strap, a rear strap, an ankle strap, a connector strap, and a base plate; the base plate configured to attach to a sole of a shoe and comprising a front portion, a mid portion, and a rear portion, the front portion comprising a front slot, the mid portion comprising a mid slot, and the rear portion comprising a rear slot; and the front strap configured to enter the front slot, the mid strap configured to enter the mid slot, and the rear strap configured to enter the rear slot.

Footwear having removably attachable ornamentation device includes a pair of rings, with each threaded through the eye of a strap on the footwear. A leg portion has a pair of ferrules at opposite ends, with each ferrule having a cylindrical central opening and a slot forming an open cavity. The at least one engagement pin is disposed within the central opening and the pin cross-sectional length extends across the central opening diameter. The ornamentation device is disposed in place on the footwear with the rings being substantially linearly aligned with the leg portion and with the pin cross-sectional width being out of alignment with ferrule slot to hold the rings and ferrules securely in place. The leg portion is removable by turning the rings to align the pin cross-sectional width with the ferrule slots and slide the at least one engagement pin of the rings out of the ferrules.

The leg portion is removable by turning the rings to align the pin cross-sectional width with the ferrule slots and slide the at least one engagement pin of the rings out of the ferrules.

A fastener system for clothing and other personal items is disclosed. The fastener system uses a combination of materials to form elements that can be adapted to different fastening applications. A first component of the system includes two members. The first member has an aperture for accommodating a T-shaped attachment member and a button. The second member has a T-shaped attachment member that fits through the aperture and rotates sideways to prevent passing backward through the aperture. The second member also has a strap for securing the attachment member against the aperture by attaching the strap to the button. A second component of the system includes a button with an enlarged head and base, and a flexible washer that fits over the head of the button. Fabric of an article to be secured may be laid over the head of the button and secured around the head of the button using the washer.

The present invention discloses an ornamental strap with decorative elements for a foot wear. The strap is attached to footwear comprises adjustable leather top portion of strap that fits over top of the boot and secures rear portion of the strap to the boot. The rear portion of the strap wraps around the heel of the boot and connects to top portion of the strap on each side of the boot. The top portion of strap and the rear portion of strap are connected utilizing a steel button located at front of the rear or heel strap that will fit into pre-punched button holes located at the ends of top portion of strap. The decorative elements are provided for placement on the straps and could be placed at the heel and the sides of lower portion of strap can also be utilized for decorating.
