TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
A terminal includes a control unit that uses, in a case where a reference signal associated with a channel satisfies a condition, the reference signal to perform synchronization without referring to a QCL (Quasi-Co-Location) source for the reference signal, and a reception unit that receives the channel after the synchronization is performed by the control unit by using the reference signal.
INTER-CELL BEAM MANAGEMENT FOR 5G SYSTEMS
Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for pathloss reference signal configuration when different cell IDs are configured for multi-TRP operation. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
Rank indicator inheritance for subframe restricted channel state information reporting
Generally, this disclosure provides devices, systems and methods for subframe restricted Channel State Information (CSI) reporting with Rank Indicator (RI) inheritance. A User Equipment (UE) device may include an RI generation module to generate RIs based on a received CSI configuration from an evolved Node B (eNB) of a serving cell of the UE. The UE may also include an RI Reference Process CSI generation module to generate a first Reference CSI including a first selected RI of the generated RIs, the first selection based on a first subframe set of the received CSI configuration, and to generate a second Reference CSI including a second selected RI of the generated RIs, the second selection based on a second subframe set of the received CSI configuration. The UE may further include a Linked Process CSI generation module to generate a linked CSI including an inherited RI from the first Reference CSI.
Demodulation reference signal mapping according to comb configuration
A communication system comprises at least a base station device and a terminal device. The terminal device transmits a demodulation reference signal associated with a physical channel, receives a configuration of comb of the demodulation reference signal, and transmits the demodulation reference signal mapped based on the configuration of comb. The base station device transmits a configuration of comb of a demodulation reference signal related to a physical channel.
Method and apparatus for performing data transmission in wireless communication system
A method for and apparatus for performing data transmission in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs a radio resource control (RRC) connection procedure with a macro cell having a first frequency, performs a radio resource management (RRM) measurement on a small cell having a second frequency or a third frequency, and reporting a result of the RRM measurement to the macro cell; and receives data via the second frequency or the third frequency of the TP, the data is consecutive data relayed from an initial transmission of the macro cell, wherein the macro cell and the small cell are connected with a fast backhaul by using air interface.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REDUCTION IN INTERFERENCE IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM INCLUDING PRIMARY AND SECONDARY COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
A spectrum management system includes circuitry that obtains interference information from another spectrum management system, where the interference information indicates interference with communication of a communication system managed by the other spectrum management system. The interference is caused by at least one secondary communication system managed by the spectrum management system. The circuitry also modifies a communication characteristic of the at least one secondary communication system based on the interference information.
INDICATION INFORMATION TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS
The present invention discloses an indication information transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining, in one or more codebooks, a first codebook used to send a first downlink data stream to a terminal device; determining one or more second codebooks used to send a second downlink data stream; determining codebook indication information used to indicate the first codebook and the one or more second codebooks; and sending the codebook indication information to the terminal device.
Communication apparatus and communication method
A wireless communication terminal apparatus wherein CoMP communication can normally be performed without increasing the overhead of an upstream line control channel. In this apparatus, a spreading unit primarily spreads a response signal by use of a ZAC sequence established by a control unit. A spreading unit secondarily spreads the response signal, to which CP has been added, by use of a block-wise spread code sequence established by the control unit. The control unit controls, in accordance with sequence numbers and a hopping pattern established therein, the circular shift amount of the ZAC sequence to be used for the primary spread in the spreading unit and the block-wise spread code sequence to be used for the secondary spread in the spreading unit. The hopping pattern established in the control unit is a hopping pattern common to a plurality of base stations that CoMP-receive the response signal.
INTER-BASE STATION CROSS-LINK INTERFERENCE CHANNEL MEASUREMENTS
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a first base station may receive, from one or more aggressor base stations, a first set of reference signals associated with cross-link interference (CLI) channel measurements. The first base station may identify the second base station based on receiving a second set of reference signals from each aggressor base station from the set, where each aggressor base station transmits downlink signals that interfere with uplink signals at the first base station. The first base station may measure the first set of reference signals to obtain a CLI channel measurement and transmit a measurement report indicating the CLI channel measurements. In some examples, the first base station, the second base station, or both may perform one or more CLI mitigation procedures based on the CLI channel measurements.
Radio communication system and communication control method
A radio communication system includes: a plurality of cells having different scrambling sequences, respectively, wherein at least two cells communicate with at lease two user terminals connected to different serving cells; and a controller which controls the plurality of cells and provides a single scrambling sequence to said at least two cells and said at least two user terminals for control signal transmission and reception.
