Method and network node for enabling reduced interference in a wireless network
A method and a first network node (800) serving a first cell (800A) in a wireless network, for enabling reduction of interference in a second cell (800B) caused by transmission of reference signals in the first cell (800A). The first network node (800) transmits (8:1) scheduling blocks with said reference signals, using a time offset relative transmission of scheduling blocks in the second cell. A timing advance value is determined (8:3) for a wireless device (802) and the wireless device (802) instructed (8:4) to apply said timing advance value for uplink transmissions. The timing advance value was determined such that uplink symbols transmitted from the wireless device (802) are aligned with uplink symbols received at a second network node (804) of the second cell (804A).
CORRELATING NETWORK & PHYSICAL LAYER ACTIVITIES
A system that incorporates aspects of the subject disclosure may perform operations including, for example, a method of identifying, by a system comprising a processor, network communication degradation in one or more layers of a multi-layered communication protocol above a physical layer, wherein the network communication degradation is associated with communications taking place through a network, in part over a radio frequency link, between a plurality of communication devices, obtaining, by the system, data from a layer below the one or more layers of the multi-layered communication protocol identified as having the network communication degradation, determining, by the system, one or more geographic regions of the network associated with the network communication degradation from the data, and mitigating, by the system, effects of the network communication degradation in the one or more geographic regions of the network. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Method and device for eliminating inter-cell interference
Disclosed are a method and device for eliminating inter-cell interference, which are applicable to elimination of inter-cell interference cancellation. The method comprises: a first transceiving node obtains interference information of a potential interference cell, wherein the potential interference cell belongs to a second transceiving node, and the interference information of the potential interference cell comprises at least one of the following items: duplex mode information of the potential interference cell, multiple access technique information of the potential interference cell, a physical layer parameter of the potential interference cell in each of at least one first transmission resource pool, and resource allocation information of the potential interference cell in each of at least one second transmission resource pool; and the first transceiving node transmits the interference information of the potential interference cell to a first terminal device.
Interference coordination method, high altitude platform station, and base station
Disclosed is an interference coordination method, a base station, and a high altitude platform station. The high altitude platform station receives information that includes a location of a base station and a radius of a central area of a coverage area of the base station, and calculates an interference start time and an interference end time according to the received information and a flight parameter of the high altitude platform station. The high altitude platform station sends interference coordination information to the base station, where the interference coordination information includes the interference start time, the interference end time, and a frequency band of a carrier used in both an edge area of a coverage area of the high altitude platform station and the central area of the coverage area of the base station. The base station adjusts the coverage area of the carrier according to the interference coordination information.
