SIGNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present technology relates to a signal processing apparatus and method which are able to suppress a reduction in reception sensitivity. A reception signal is compressed so as to have a predetermined signal level or lower, and transmission data transmitted from a transmitter side and included in the reception signal compressed so as to have the signal level or lower is decoded. For example, an approximate replica signal reproducing large amplitude changes of the reception signal is generated, and the approximate replica signal is subtracted from the reception signal to compress the reception signal so as to have the signal level or lower. The present disclosure is applicable to, for example, a signal processing apparatus, a reception apparatus, a transmission/reception apparatus, a communication apparatus, an information processing apparatus, an electronic device, a computer, a program, a storage medium, a system, and so on.
DATA TRANSMISSION USING PUNCTURING AND CODE SEQUENCES
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for improved data transmissions using puncturing and binary sequences. A receiving device receives a sequenced data input that includes a set of individual values and performs a puncturing of the sequenced data input, yielding a punctured sequenced data input. The receiving device calculates correlation values for the punctured sequence data input and a set of predetermined data outputs. The receiving device determines whether any of the resulting correlation values exceeds a threshold correlation value. In response to determining that the correlation value calculated based on one of the predetermined data outputs exceeds the threshold correlation value, the receiving device determines that the sequenced data input corresponds to the predetermined data output.
Transmission apparatus and method, and reception apparatus and method
Signal transmission with symbol correction is disclosed. In one example, processing includes selection of one of known data and unknown data for each of symbols, as transmission data, while selecting a symbol of the known data for a reception side at one or both of timings of immediately before and immediately after selection of a symbol of unknown data for the reception side, modulation of each of the symbols of the selected transmission data, and transmission of a transmission signal obtained. Moreover, processing includes: reception of a transmission signal transmitted from a transmission side; and correction of a symbol of unknown data included in the received transmission signal on the basis of a symbol of known data included in the received transmission signal.
DEMODULATION REFERENCE SIGNAL FOR PHYSICAL BROADCAST CHANNEL IN NEW RADIO
A reference signal sequence to modulate the demodulation reference signal for the Physical Broadcast Channel in New Radio standard is disclosed. Formulas are proposed for calculating the initialization value for the RS sequence generator so as to accord with the characteristics of New Radio.
Method and apparatus for detecting characteristic sequence in wireless communication system
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for detecting a characteristic sequence in a wireless communication system. The method includes: receiving, by a receiving end base station, an original characteristic sequence periodically transmitted by a transmitting end base station; detecting out, by the receiving end base station, a candidate characteristic sequence meeting a preset condition from the original characteristic sequence; determining whether the candidate characteristic sequence is a valid characteristic sequence; and detecting whether there is an associated event based on a preset rule according to the detected valid characteristic sequence. In this way, it is solved the problem that it cannot be guaranteed that the number of characteristic sequences falsely detected is reduced without increasing the missed-detection probability in a scenario of larger number of detections in the prior art.
Signal processing method and apparatus
A method includes: generating a reference signal sequence based on a first m-sequence and a second m-sequence, where the reference signal sequence is a gold sequence, a cyclic shift value of the first m-sequence is determined based on a physical cell identifier and first timing information, and for a same physical cell identifier, a difference between two cyclic shift values of the first m-sequence that are separately determined based on the physical cell identifier and any two pieces of adjacent first timing information is L1, where L1 is a positive integer, and the first timing information includes a synchronization signal block time index or a first part of the synchronization signal block time index; and after modulating the generated reference signal sequence, mapping a modulated reference signal sequence to N subcarriers to obtain a reference signal, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
TIME AND FREQUENCY SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD, NETWORK DEVICE AND TERMINAL
The present disclosure provides a time-and-frequency synchronization method, a network device, and a terminal. The time-and-frequency synchronization method for the terminal includes: subsequent to determining that the terminal in an idle state or a DRX state needs to be woken up to receive a downlink signal, receiving a physical signal for time-and-frequency synchronization from the network device; and performing time-and-frequency synchronization in accordance with the physical signal.
NEW RADIO PBCH SCRAMBLING DESIGN
Aspects of the disclosure provide a method for physical broad-cast channel (PBCH) processing at a base station (B S) in a wireless communication system. The method can include performing a channel coding process to generate encoded PBCH data at the BS. The encoded PBCH data is to be carried in a synchronization signal block (SS block) having an SS block index (SBI), and transmitted from a cell having a cell ID. The method can further include performing a second scrambling over the encoded PBCH data with a second scrambling code determined based on the cell ID and the SBI to generate second scrambled PBCH data.
Reference Signal Transmission Method and Device
This application provides a reference signal sequence transmission method. The method includes: generating a reference signal sequence based on a frame number of a radio frame; mapping at least a part of reference signals in the reference signal sequence to a resource position that corresponds to the radio frame and that is used to transmit the at least a part of reference signals; and sending the at least a part of reference signals or an orthogonal reference signal at the resource position, where the orthogonal reference signal is obtained by multiplying the at least a part of reference signals by a preset orthogonal code.
Processing device, network node, client device, and methods thereof
This disclosure relates to techniques for synchronization signals. The synchronization signal comprise a primary synchronization signal (PSS) generated based on a PSS sequence and a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) generated based on an SSS sequence. The SSS sequence may be generated based on a first sequence corresponding to a first cyclic shift and a second sequence corresponding to a second cyclic shift. The first cyclic shift and the second cyclic shift are associated with a Cell ID. The PSS sequence may be generated based on one of the first and the second sequences.
