One embodiment of the present invention involves using one of a plurality of cells (first cell hereinbelow) in order to transmit synchronization signal setting information of a cell (second cell hereinbelow) set in an unlicensed band of the plurality of cells. The synchronization signal is transmitted on the second cell, based on the synchronization signal setting information. The synchronization signal is used in order to acquire time and frequency synchronization with the second cell.

TRANSMITTING METHOD AND RECEIVING METHOD FOR CONTROL INFORMATION, USER EQUIPMENT AND BASE STATION
A method and apparatus are provided for transmitting and receiving control information. A method performed by a UE includes receiving, from a base station, DCI or a higher layer signaling; when first priority UCI and second priority UCI are transmitted in a same physical uplink channel, separately encoding the first priority UCI and the second priority UCI, based on a first number of bits of the first priority UCI and a second number of bits of the second priority UCI; and transmitting, based on the DCI or the higher layer signaling, the encoded first priority UCI and the second priority UCI, to the base station, on the same physical uplink channel.
SIGNAL SENDING METHOD AND DEVICE, SIGNAL RECEIVING METHOD AND DEVICE, INFORMATION FEEDBACK METHOD AND DEVICE, COMMUNICATION NODE, AND MEDIUM
Provided are a signal sending method and device, a signal receiving method and device, an information feedback method and device, a communication node, and a medium. The method includes: acquiring configuration information of sidelink reference signal resources; and sending a channel state information reference signal on a sidelink data channel according to the configuration information, and indicating first indication information through sidelink control information.
Link identity determination and signaling
A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus for V2V, V2X, or D2D communication may be a transmitting device configured to determine a source ID for communication over a link, to determine a destination ID for the communication over the link based on a type of the communication. The transmitting device may be further configured to transmit at least one control message over the link, where the control message(s) indicate the source ID and the destination ID. In certain aspects, a receiving device may be configured to receive the control message over the link, where the control message indicates the source ID and the destination ID. The receiving device may be configured to receive a data message over the link and to determine whether to attempt to decode the data message received over the link based on the source ID and the destination ID indicated in the control message.
Channel state information transmission method, apparatus and system
A precoding method, a precoding apparatus, a Frequency Domain Equalization (FDE) method, and an FDE apparatus are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The precoding method includes: performing offset modulation for a transmitting signal vector; calculating a precoding matrix according to the offset-modulated transmitting signal vector and a receiver decision signal vector, where the precoding matrix is used for performing precoding for the transmitting signal vector; and performing precoding for the transmitting signal vector according to the precoding matrix. Linear precoding is performed by using the offset-modulated signal on the transmitter, and therefore, the interference caused by multiple antennas and multipath propagation is reduced, the system BER is reduced, and the complexity of implementation is low.
Method and apparatus for transmitting channel quality control information in wireless access system
A method and apparatus for transmitting or receiving channel quality control information through a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in a wireless access system that supports hybrid automatic retransmit request (HARQ). In one embodiment, a user equipment (UE) receives a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal including an initial uplink grant, transmits uplink data using two transport blocks based on the initial uplink grant, receives a negative acknowledgement (NACK) information for one of the two transport blocks, and transmits a channel quality control information along with the one of the two transport blocks which is retransmitted according to the NACK information or a new transport block through the PUSCH to which the HARQ is applied. A number of coded symbols required to transmit the channel quality control information (Q′) is calculated based on the initial uplink grant.
Method and user equipment for transmitting uplink signal, and method and evolved node B for receiving uplink signal
A UE receives downlink control information from an eNB through a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) including one or more CCEs (Control Channel Elements). The UE transmits ACK/NACK (ACKnowledgment/Negative ACK) information associated with the downlink control information to the eNB by using at least one of a first PUCCH resource, which corresponds to an index determined on the basis of first offset information and an index of a specific CCE in the PDCCH and is generated using first cell identification information, and a second PUCCH resource, which corresponds to an index determined on the basis of second offset information and the index of the specific CCE and is generated using second cell identification information.
METHODS AND APPARATUS RELATED TO ACK/NACK FEEDBACK WITH MULTI-TRP TRANSMISSIONS
Various aspects related to ACK/NACK feedback for multi-TRP transmission scenarios are described. A base station, may send, to a UE, information indicating PDCCH monitoring occasions for each of a plurality of TRPs. In one aspect, the base station may send information indicating whether ACK/NACK feedback across the plurality of TRPs is allowed. The base station may send rules to the UE for performing ACK/NACK feedback bundling for providing feedback to the plurality of TRPs. The base station may also send information indicating a DAI definition for interpreting DAIs transmitted by the plurality of TRPs in corresponding PDCCH transmissions indicating whether the DAIs are independent or joint. The base station may receive a joint ACK/NACK feedback from the UE in a PUCCH based on the rules, or may receive multiple ACK/NACK feedback from the UE in a PUCCH for a first TRP independent from a second TRP.
