METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RECEIVING PPDU IN WIRELESS LAN SYSTEM

Proposed are a method and an apparatus for receiving a PPDU in a wireless LAN system. Specifically, a receiving STA receives a PPDU from a transmitting STA via broadband communication and decodes the PPDU. The PPDU is received on the basis of an OFDMA scheme. The PPDU includes a first signal field. The first signal field includes first information on a preamble puncturing pattern for each 80 MHz band in the broadband communication. The first information consists of a 4-bit bitmap for the 80 MHz band.

The handover request message includes first indication information. The first indication information includes identifier information of the first type. The first network device receives a handover acknowledgment message or a handover preparation failure message.

SELECTIVELY PROVIDING UNSOLICITED PROBE RESPONSES IN A BAND OF FREQUENCIES
20220417837 · 2022-12-29 · ·

An access point that selectively provides an unsolicited broadcast probe response in a second band of frequencies (such as the 6 GHz band of frequencies) is described. During operation, the access point may receive information that indicates the electronic device is operating in a first band of frequencies (such as the 2.4 GHz and/or the 5 GHz bands of frequencies), and that the electronic device is within wireless-communication range of the access point. This information may include an identifier of the electronic device (such as a media access control address of the electronic device). Then, the access point may selectively provide, addressed to the electronic device, the unsolicited broadcast probe response in the second band of frequencies based at least in part on the information. Note that the unsolicited broadcast probe response may be provided during a time interval (such as the TBTT) and for a time duration.

SIDELINK SS/PSBCH BLOCK STRUCTURE FOR UNLICENSED OPERATION

Methods and apparatuses for a sidelink synchronization signals and physical sidelink broadcast channel block (S-SS/PSBCH) block structure for unlicensed operation. A method of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes determining a subcarrier spacing (SCS) of a sidelink synchronization signals and physical sidelink broadcast channel (S-SS/PSBCH) block; determining a set of interlaced resource blocks (RBs). The set of interlaced RBs includes RBs with a uniform interval k. The method further includes mapping the S-SS/PSBCH block to the set of interlaced RBs and transmitting, to another UE, the S-SS/PSBCH block over a sidelink channel.

Enhanced resource allocation for wireless communications

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to allocating non-continuous resource units (RUs). A device may determine a non-continuous RU allocation for one or more devices in a 80 MHz bandwidth including four 20 MHz channels, the non-continuous RU allocation including disabled tones of a 20 MHz channel of the four 20 MHz channels, and the disabled tones being a subset of tones within the 20 MHz channel. The device may determine a high efficiency wireless frame comprising an indication of the non-continuous RU allocation. The device may send the high efficiency wireless frame to one or more multiple devices.

Bandwidth part (BWP) configuration for full duplex

Bandwidth part (BWP) configurations supporting various communication approaches (e.g., full duplex and/or half duplex operations) are described. Full duplex (FD) frequency-based BWP configurations may, for example, be configured as a subset of defined BWP resources for supporting full duplex operation by base stations and/or user equipments (UEs). Usable bandwidth of a FD frequency-based BWP configuration may be selected from half duplex frequency-based BWPs in legacy BWPs. Bandwidths of usable BWPs for a FD frequency-based BWP configuration may be selected so as to be non-overlapping in frequency. Transition between configurations and modes (e.g., between full duplex frequency-based BWP configurations, between half duplex and full duplex modes, etc.) may be managed to avoid periods in which a communication device cannot perform any uplink or downlink transmissions due to switching between defined BWP configurations, or otherwise reduces BWP switching time. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
