SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN ONLINE MEDIA MARKETPLACE
Systems and methods for a comprehensive online media marketplace are provided that increase the efficiency of media sharing between consumers and content producers. In one embodiment, a method comprising streaming media content from a streaming platform to a consumer device, creating a stream report for the media content based on a smart contract associated with the media content, wherein the smart contract identifies a media content producer of the media content, recording the stream report on a blockchain, issuing tokens based on a pre-determined rate of inflation, and distributing a portion of the tokens to the media content producer based on the stream report.
Business-to-business netting
Systems and methods for performing netting of business-to-business payments for settlement of running balances between parties are provided. To that end, blockchain infrastructures allow smart contracts that may be suitable for subrogation and netting operations, and the smart contracts that facilitate the operations. Application-programming interfaces (APIs) are provided that may be used to interact with the smart contracts.
TECHNIQUES FOR PAYMENT-BASED NETWORK TRANSMISSIONS
Techniques and apparatus for providing payment-based transmission processes are described. In one embodiment, for example, a network node may include a storage device, and logic, at least a portion of the logic implemented in circuitry coupled to the storage device. The logic may operate to provide a routing query to transmit information over a network, the routing query comprising at least one destination node for the information and a transmission value, receive at least one bid from at least one bidding node in response to the routing query, determine a path through the network to transmit the information anonymously based on the at least one bid that corresponds to the transmission value, and transmit the information at least partially anonymously via the path within a network packet encrypted in a number of layers of encryption corresponding to a number of intermediary nodes in the path. Other embodiments are described.

Service domain charging systems and methods
Various mechanisms are disclosed for a service domain charging system that can interact with underlying networks. A service domain charging architecture is defined with several logical functions. Service-based charging types may be and applied to existing event, session, online, and offline charging mechanisms. Service domain charging messages may be exchanged over the X, Y, Z reference points. An E reference point may be used for interfacing with a service domain billing system, and a B reference point may be used between a service domain billing system and underlying network's billing system.
Volume-based online charging in hybrid networks
A method for enabling a charging of packet switched data transfer between an authorized customer and a network. The method includes transferring a total data volume via at least a first data path and a second data path between an equipment related to the authorized customer and a hybrid access aggregation point (HAAP) as an access to the network. Each of the at least a first data path and a second data bath use a different access technology for transferring its respective part of the total data volume. The total data volume is determined as a sum of the respective parts of the total data volume transferred in both the first path and the second path. The total data volume is used by a central charging unit for a charging.
ONE-ACTION URL BASED SERVICES AND USER INTERFACES
One-action URL based communications and other services and management of such services through designated UIs are provided. In some examples, URL based calling may be enabled for different communication modes using existing web browsers, components, and protocols without requiring the end users to employ special hardware or software. Indeed, to initiate a communication session, a requestor may not even have to identify themselves, create a user account, or log in to a service. Subscribers of the service may be provided dashboard UIs to manage their communications, communication/profile configurations, and communicate with other service subscribers. In mobile environments, a mobile application may be used to automatically, without any user intervention, receive a request, activate a browser on the mobile device, and log the subscriber in such that the subscriber can receive the request, and accept the request or reject it and employ and benefit from other features of the service

Roaming method
The invention relates to a roaming method for an electrical charging system with at least two subsystems. In the method, a charging data set is received through a communication module of a gateway device from a charging station assigned to the gateway device. The charging data set is forwarded by a peer-to-peer module assigned to the gateway device to a peer-to-peer application of a peer-to-peer network, and a roaming action is controlled by a roaming controlling means of the peer-to-peer application executed by at least a part of the nodes of the peer-to-peer network based on the received charging data set.
Dynamic shared server resource allocation
A system, method and program product for controlling allocation of user assignments to server systems managed by a shared resource manager of a service provider. User request parameters are received from a first user for identifying a desired server resource. User assignment alternatives are calculated based on migration of user assignments of a second user to make the desired server resource available to the first user. User migration parameters are received from the second user that identify conditions for migrating the current user assignment of the second user from a first server to a second server in accordance with one of the user assignment alternatives. A new configuration of user assignments of the first user and the second user are calculated and communicated to the shared resource manager based on the first user and the second user accepting a user assignment alternative. The server systems are reconfigured in accordance with the new configuration of user assignments.
