Methods and apparatus for detecting internet connection problems
A method of determining a problem with data packet transmission speed over a first communication medium coupled between a plurality of content servers and an ISP communication device. The method comprises repeatedly measuring the data packet transmission speed over the first communication medium coupled between each of the plurality of content servers and the ISP communication device, and determining there is a problem with the data packet transmission speed over the first communication medium coupled between one of the plurality of content servers and the ISP communication device when the repeatedly measured data packet transmission speeds over the first communication medium coupled between the one of the plurality of content servers and the ISP communication device is substantially different from the repeatedly measured data packet transmission speeds over the first communication medium coupled between other of the plurality of content servers and the ISP communication device.
Time-spaced messaging for facilitating network communications
Time-spaced messaging for network communications is facilitated. An example method may include receiving a plurality of messages at a message rate. The method may further include determining a number of the plurality of messages a network device is unable to process. The method may further include determining, based on the number, a miss rate associated with the plurality of messages. The method may further include determining whether the miss rate exceeds a threshold miss rate and, if the miss rate is determined to exceed the threshold miss rate, determining a time delay based on the miss rate and message rate, and applying the first time delay to at least one message received subsequent to the plurality of messages.

Service Monitoring Method, Apparatus, and System
A method includes: receiving a current data packet of a target service; adding detection indication information to the current data packet, to obtain a target data packet, where the detection indication information includes a target phase category corresponding to the current data packet, the target phase category is used to indicate a target phase in at least one key phase in which the current data packet is located in the target service, and the detection indication information is used to indicate to detect the current data packet; and transmitting the target data packet to a next hop node.
Network operation center dashboard for cloud-based Wi-Fi and cellular systems
System and methods for managing a Wi-Fi network of a plurality of Wi-Fi networks from a cloud-based Network Operations Control (NOC) dashboard are provided. A method, according to one implementations, includes the step of obtaining Wi-Fi metrics and cellular metrics from a network. The method also includes the step of displaying a dashboard on a user interface for use by a support agent at a Network Operations Center (NOC). Also, the method includes the step of displaying both the Wi-Fi metrics and the cellular metrics on the dashboard.
Processing Multimodal User Input for Assistant Systems
In one embodiment, a method includes receiving at a head-mounted device a speech input from a user and a visual input captured by cameras of the head-mounted device, wherein the visual input comprises subjects and attributes associated with the subjects, and wherein the speech input comprises a co-reference to one or more of the subjects, resolving entities corresponding to the subjects associated with the co-reference based on the attributes and the co-reference, and presenting a communication content responsive to the speech input and the visual input at the head-mounted device, wherein the communication content comprises information associated with executing results of tasks corresponding to the resolved entities.
AIRCRAFT COMMUNICATION VISUALIZATION
A system includes a memory system configured to store a plurality of instructions to provide aircraft communication visualization and a processing system. The processing system configured to execute the instructions to result in retrieving a plurality of status data associated with aircraft communication at a target location from a database, determining a plurality of geographic location information for a plurality of aircraft parking locations at the target location, accessing a plurality of imagery data associated with a view at the target location, and generating an aircraft communication visualization map for the target location. The aircraft communication visualization map includes aircraft communication information overlaid upon an image based on the imagery data and the aircraft parking locations at the target location.

RATE LIMIT AND BURST LIMIT ENHANCEMENTS FOR REQUEST PROCESSING
A method that includes establishing an open connection for responding to requests from clients supported by an application server. The method may further include establishing a set of queues configured for storing requests received from the client via the open connection. The method may further include selecting requests from the queues based on a rate limit threshold and burst limit threshold of the application server. The rate limit threshold may refer to a number of requests that the application server can process within a first time duration, while the burst limit threshold may refer to a number of requests that the application server can process within a second time duration that is shorter than the first time duration. The method may further include transmitting the requests to a set of data processing servers connected to the application server and receiving an indication that the requests have been processed.
