Communication control apparatus, and communication control method
A communication control device specifies the top N flows in descending order of communication amounts input to a communication line as flows that are communication band limit targets, and limits a communication band of a group of flows that are the communication band limit targets to a predetermined limited band so that a sum of communication amounts of the flows input to the communication line is equal to or smaller than a predetermined line capacity. Here, the communication control device determines a value of N so that a limited band is equal to or larger than a communication amount of a flow having the largest communication amount in a group of flows that are not the communication band limit targets and is equal to or smaller than a communication amount of a flow having the smallest communication amount in the group of flows that are the communication band limit target.
SYSTEMS AND METHOD OF SLOT ASSIGNMENT TO TRAFFIC STREAM
A first wireless communication device may send, to a second wireless communication device, a request message including a traffic stream identifier (TID) and a first value, the first value indicating that a traffic stream between the first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device and corresponding to the TID is latency sensitive. The first wireless communication device may receive, from the second wireless communication device responsive to the request message, a response message including a second value indicating whether the corresponding traffic stream between the first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device is latency sensitive, compare the second value and the first value, determine, based on a result of the comparing, that the request message has been accepted, and communicate, with the second wireless communication device responsive to the determining, the corresponding traffic stream as a prioritized traffic stream instead of a regular traffic stream.
Data Transmission Method and Apparatus
In a data transmission method, if a to-be-transmitted second data frame exists in a process in which a network device transmits a first data frame, and a priority of the second data frame is higher than a priority of the first data frame, the network device determines a frame type of the second data frame as an express frame. The network device adjusts a frame type of the first data frame to a preemptable frame if the frame type of the first data frame is an express frame. Then, the network device stops transmitting the first data frame, and starts to transmit the second data frame.
Packet processing technique for a communication network
A system comprising one or more network elements and configured to process at least first and second packet flows. The system comprises a first packet gate selectively switchable between an open state for packet transmission and a closed state and an associated first packet queue. The first packet gate and the first packet queue are configured to handle first packet flow packets. The system further comprises a second packet queue configured to handle second packet flow packets. Moreover, the system comprises at least one processor configured to control switching of the first packet gate between the open state and the closed state based on the occurrence of a first event associated with the second packet queue to trigger transmission of the first packet flow packets in a relative transmission order among the first packet flow packets and the second packet flow packets.
Data parking within offline community system
A method, where the method includes discovering an event where at least one device is offline and instantiating an emergency mode causing the at least one device to permit data or message aggregation. The method further includes defining a community of devices including an identity of the at least one device and establishing communication between the at least one device and a mobile aggregation device. The method further includes when the mobile aggregation device is in communication with the at least one device, aggregating a payload of a message or data from the at least one device and the community having an artificial intelligence instantiated as a virtual network function or network device, the community communicating with the mobile aggregation device to receive data from the at least one device, and the artificial intelligence being configured to assess the event based on the data obtained by the mobile aggregation device.
SURGICAL NETWORK DETERMINATION OF PRIORITIZATION OF COMMUNICATION, INTERACTION, OR PROCESSING BASED ON SYSTEM OR DEVICE NEEDS
A surgical hub within a surgical hub network may include a controller having a processor, in which the controller may determine a priority of a communication, an interaction, or a processing of information based on a requirement of a system or a device communicating with the hub. The controller may prioritize an order of transmission of communication packets, including packets to a device outside of the network. The packets may include data to update routines, processes, or execute a critical procedural step. The controller may prioritize a communication traffic flow within the hub network. A network of surgical hubs may include a first hub having a first controller and a second hub having a second controller. The first controller may control interactions between the first hub and the second hub based on the capabilities of the first hub and a location of modules within the network.
TRAFFIC SENDING METHOD AND APPARATUS
This application discloses a traffic sending method and apparatus, and the method includes: A first network device receives first traffic comprising first attribute information, wherein the first attribute information identifies a first traffic type of the first traffic; when a first link from the first network device to a second network device is congested, the first network device adjusts a first cost corresponding to the first traffic type to a second cost, wherein the first link is used to forward the first traffic when the cost corresponding to the first traffic is the first cost; and the first network device sends the first traffic to a third network device via a second link from the first network device to the third network device. In this way, ensuring that all traffic in the network can be effectively forwarded, and improving a traffic forwarding rate.

The disclosure provides an apparatus, comprising: interface circuitry; and processor circuitry coupled with the interface circuitry, wherein the processor circuitry is to: encode a Preemptable Physical Protocol Data Unit (P-PPDU) packet; and cause transmission of the P-PPDU packet to a Station (STA) via the interface circuitry, wherein the P-PPDU packet includes a plurality of MPDU segments of an Aggregated MPDU (A-PDU), each MPDU segment includes one or more IPDUs, and wherein the P-PPDU packet includes a midamble (MA) for each MPDU segment. Other embodiments may also be disclosed and claimed.
Dynamic performance configuration for data traffic workflows
The performance of asynchronous tasks may be dynamically configured. An evaluation of pending tasks that includes updates for new tasks and completed tasks being removed is performed. A target capacity for the data traffic workflow is determined from the evaluation of pending tasks in order to satisfy a performance requirement for the data traffic workflow. Modifications to a performance configuration for the data traffic workflow are then made based on a comparison with the target capacity.
