Method and network device for creating and deleting resources
A method, device and system for creating resources during a user equipment (UE) hands over from a non-3.sup.rd Generation Partnership Project (non-3GPP) system to a 3GPP system are provided. A serving gateway (Serving GW) receives a first resource request message, such as Create Default Bearer Request message, including handover indication information indicating the handover from a mobility management network device, e.g., a MME. As the received resource request message includes the handover indication information, the Serving GW includes the handover indication information in a second resource request message and then sends the second resource request message to a PDN GW. After receiving the second resource request message, the PDN GW policy and charging control (PCC) rules to be used by the UE in the 3GPP access system so as to create the resources used by the UE in the 3GPP system.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL FOR SPATIAL REUSE OPERATION
The present invention relates a wireless communication method and a wireless communication terminal for supporting a spatial reuse operation of an overlapping basic service set to efficiently use a wireless resource. To this end, provided are a base wireless communication terminal including: a processor; and a communication unit, wherein the processor receives a PHY protocol data unit (PPDU) through the communication unit, determines whether the PPDU contains an intra-BSS frame or contains an inter-BSS frame based on preamble information of the PPDU, and performs either a first operation or a second operation distinct from each other according to a determination result and a wireless communication method using the same.
Device Group Partitions and Settlement Platform
Device group partitions and a settlement platform are provided. In some embodiments, device group partitions (e.g., partitions of devices based on associated device groups) are provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform service is provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform service is provided for partitioned devices. In some embodiments, collecting device generated service usage information for one or more devices in wireless communication on a wireless network; and aggregating the device generated service usage information for a settlement platform for the one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network is provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform implements a service billing allocation and/or a service/transactional revenue share among one or more partners. In some embodiments, service usage information includes micro-CDRs, which are used for CDR mediation or reconciliation that provides for service usage accounting on any device activity that is desired. In some embodiments, each device activity that is desired to be associated with a billing event is assigned a micro-CDR transaction code, and a service processor of the device is programmed to account for that activity associated with that transaction code. In some embodiments, a service processor executing on a wireless communications device periodically reports (e.g., during each heartbeat or based on any other periodic, push, and/or pull communication technique(s)) micro-CDR usage measures to, for example, a service controller or some other network element for CDR mediation or reconciliation.
Enhanced real-time linking methods and systems
Systems and methods for enabling links between various devices is provided. The systems and methods may include a platform that enables different devices to access spatial models of a resource. The platform may enable the different devices to define and/or modify assignment conditions for access rights to resources. Further, the platform may enable definition of assignment conditions before or after the access rights are available for assignment.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ALLOCATING SHARED RESOURCES
Systems and methods for allocating resources. The system includes a communications module, a processor, and a memory. The memory stores a data record and instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to obtain a data record and transmit an existing score indication corresponding to the data record for display at the client device; receive a first time parameter and an action indicator associated with a shared resource and, in response, determine a first provisional score corresponding to the data record based on the existing score indication, the action indicator, and the first time parameter to provide a first provisional score indication; transmit the first provisional score indication and a selectable option associated with the action indicator for display at the client device while the first provisional score indication is displayed; and in response to receiving a resource transfer instruction, allocate the shared resource associated with the action indicator.
Scalable edge computing
There is disclosed in one example a communication apparatus, including: a telemetry interface; a management interface; and an edge gateway configured to: identify diverted traffic, wherein the diverted traffic includes traffic to be serviced by an edge microcloud configured to provide a plurality of services; receive telemetry via the telemetry interface; use the telemetry to anticipate a future per-service demand within the edge microcloud; compute a scale for a resource to meet the future per-service demand; and operate the management interface to instruct the edge microcloud to perform the scale before the future per-service demand occurs.
Determining hardware requirements for a wireless network event using crowdsourcing
Systems and methods for determining hardware requirements for a wireless network event are disclosed. In embodiments, a method comprises obtaining, by a computing device, social user data over a period of time from a plurality of mobile devices associated with a social event at a location; obtaining, by the computing device, bandwidth usage data for each of the plurality of mobile devices based on the social user data; obtaining, by the computing device, crowd density and traffic pattern data related to the social event; determining, by the computing device, participant movement data for the social event based on the crowd density and traffic pattern data; deriving, by the computing device, a social bandwidth density model based on the bandwidth usage data and the participant movement data; and determining, by the computing device, bandwidth requirements within a geo-spatial boundary associated with the social event from the social bandwidth density model.
Intelligent solution to support the unified distributed real-time quota limitation
A unified distributed real-time quota limitation system limits use of shared networked resources in distributed networked environment (DNE). A dispatch center determines an amount of shared resources available to client devices in the DNE. The dispatch center determines an amount of the shared resources to allocate for use by the clients, and sends the clients one or more policies having a resource usage quota that limits the amount of the resource that the client can use. When a client receives a request to perform a task that requires a shared resource, before running the task, the client determines its own usage of the resource and terminates the task if running the task will exceed the quota limit of the shared resource.
COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED FOOD SAFETY RELATED MANAGEMENT METHOD
A food safety related management method includes: allowing a terminal to access an authenticated account; receiving reported data in relation to a defective food product from the terminal; searching a database for piece(s) of highly related data each related to a defective food product and each with a purchase time within a time interval that is defined based on the reported data; searching the piece (s) of highly related data for one (s) with overlapping issues of concern and identical merchant information with the reported data; creating a communication group for communication among accounts used to upload the reported data and said one (s) of the piece(s) of highly related data; and inserting the reported data into the database.

A method for docking an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with a wireless communications system. The method includes coupling the UAV to a docking device that is configured to provide power and data communication to the UAV via a physical interface. The method further includes receiving, at a docking device controller, an identity of the UAV, and determining, based on the received identity of the UAV, an organization associated with the UAV. The method also includes accessing, via the docking device controller, a collaborative operating profile associated with the determined organization and the identity of the UAV.
