METHOD FOR CONNECTING A COMMUNICATION NODE AND COMMUNICATION NODE
A method for connecting a node of a wireless-communication coverage-extension system is provided. The node determines whether it has been moved out of an initial local area network. In the case where the node has been moved, a local area network is established from the moved node by activating an address server functionality. The moved node is then connected to a point of access to the internet. A secure tunnel is next established between the moved node and a master node coordinating the initial local area network. The address server functionality is then deactivated and a client functionality of an address server of the initial local area network is activated.
DEVICE ESTIMATION DEVICE, DEVICE ESTIMATION METHOD, AND DEVICE ESTIMATION PROGRAM
A device estimating apparatus acquires one or more DNS queries transmitted from each device connected to a network and generates comparison source data in which each content of the acquired DNS queries is associated with one or more pieces of attribute information of each of the one or more devices that have transmitted the DNS queries having the content. Thereafter, when one or more DNS queries are acquired from an estimation target device, the device estimating apparatus reads, for each DNS query, attribute information of one or more devices associated with a content of the DNS query from the comparison source data and estimates an attribute of the estimation target device using the read attribute information.
COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
A communication method includes a first IAB node receives a first message from a CU of an IAB donor, where the first message indicates the first IAB node to be handed over from a first parent node to a second parent node, and the first message includes a first IP address of the first IAB node. The first IAB node determines first transport network layer association information between the first IAB node and the CU of the IAB donor based on the first IP address. The first IAB node updates control plane context information of an F1 interface by using the first transport network layer association information, where the F1 interface is an interface between the first IAB node and CU of the IAB donor. An IAB node communicates with a CU of an IAB donor by using a first IP address as soon as possible after handover is completed.
GATEWAY LINK MANAGEMENT BETWEEN DISJOINT SUBNETWORKS IN A CDMA MANET
Joining subnets in mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) environment. A method includes, based on SNR, power and data rate information between a first gateway node for a first subnet and a second gateway node for a second subnet, determining a rate at which the first and the second subnets can connect if nodes in the first subnet reduce signal transmit rate to a predetermined level. The method further includes as a result of determining that the determined rate meets or exceeds a predetermined threshold, then joining the first and second subnets by joining the first and second subnets via the first and second gateway nodes and causing nodes in the first subnet to reduce signal transmit rate to the predetermined level.
AGENTLESS INSTALLATION FOR BUILDING DEPLOYMENTS
A method, a computer program product, and a system for server provisioning and deployment. The method includes receiving a deployment configuration for a server. The deployment configuration includes a requested software build and a requested installation of an application and configuration for the server. The method also includes reconfiguring hardware on the server based on the deployment configuration and via an out-of-band management card on the server and pushing a boot loader on to the server for installation of an operating system. The method further includes performing an installation of the operating system on the server, transmitting an auto configuration file to the server. The auto configuration file provides installation properties relating to the application. The method also includes monitoring a status of the server during the installation of the application using a serial terminal output on the server.
Supporting dynamic host configuration protocol-based customer premises equipment in fifth generation wireline and wireless convergence
A device may receive, from a first network device, an authentication request that requests authentication of the device, and may provide, to the first network device, an authentication response that includes the authentication of the device. The device may provide, to the first network device and based on the authentication response, a PDU session establishment request that requests establishment of a PDU session for customer premises equipment, and may receive, from the first network device and based on the PDU session establishment request, a PDU session resource setup request that requests a resource to be established for the PDU session. The device may provide, to the first network device and based on the PDU session resource setup request, a PDU session resource setup response indicating that the resource is a GTP tunnel, and may establish the GTP tunnel with a second network device.

METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR DEVICE IP STATUS CHECKING AND CONNECTION ORCHESTRATION
Embodiments herein disclose a method for Device IP Status Checking and Connection Orchestration (DISCCO) by a first electronic device. The method may include receiving a version(s) of an IP address from a backhaul server. The method may include determining an IP stack capability status of a second electronic device using a network protocol(s), where the IP stack capability status indicates whether the received version(s) of the IP address is supported by the second electronic device and the received version(s) of the IP address is enabled on the second electronic device. The method may include storing the IP stack capability status of the second electronic device into a host status database of the first electronic device. The method may include orchestrating the received version(s) of the IP address with the backhaul server and/or the second electronic device based on the stored IP stack capability status.
