Uninterrupted VR experience during customer and virtual agent interaction

A real-time process for establishing and reestablishing virtual reality (VR) sessions between automated agent and a customer with customer VR equipment without losing session context after a connection loss is disclosed. VR sessions are dynamically created/recreated using artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) for engaging virtual agents and customers. Real-time capturing and processing of the VR interaction is captured for session context and stored via blockchain ledgers for secure tracking. VR session connectivity is monitored in real-time. If any anomaly or interruption occurs, retry notifications are sent to establish a second session. Prior session context is used for the second VR session to allow the virtual agent and customer interaction to continue without loss of context.

SEAMLESS COMMUNICATION RESOURCE TRANSITION BETWEEN A GROUP-BASED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND AN EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
20230012993 · 2023-01-19 ·

Method, apparatus and computer program product for seamless communication resource transition are described herein. A user may wish to share an external communication resource within a group-based communication system. Settings may be provided allowing the user to more effectively share the external communication resource. The user may select the appropriate settings such that the external communication resource can be transmitted to the group-based communication system for display in accordance with the selected settings.

CONTROLLED USER INTERFACE TRANSITIONS FOR PRIVATE BREAKOUT COMMUNICATION SESSIONS
20220400142 · 2022-12-15 ·

Systems that execute controlled user interface transitions for private breakout communication sessions are described herein. A system provides a user interface that gives participants of a communication session a feeling that they are in the same room. When a select group of the participants break out into a private communication session, the system can transition from a first user interface arrangement showing all meeting participants to a second user interface arrangement that only shows the select group of the participants. The system configures the second user interface arrangement to maintain the position of the select group of the participants while removing the participants who are not selected to participate in the private communication session. By maintaining the position of the participants of the private communication session, the system can help participants to maintain a cognitive stream of nonverbal social cues that were provided in the original user interface arrangement.

DYNAMIC GROUP SESSION DATA ACCESS PROTOCOLS

Systems, methods and apparatus are provided for a Dynamic Group Session Data Access Protocol. The system may monitor participant input in a group interactive session. The system may be trained to monitor and understand the group environment and predict intent of the participant discussion and may predict relevant data. The system may be used by a single participant or by multiple participants. The system may determine the access level of the participants. The system may determine the access level of the data. The system may compare the access level of the participants with the access level of the data. The system may dynamically mask the data if the access level of the participants does not match the access level of the data. The system may create customized views of the data for each participant based on the participant's access level and the access level of the data.

INTERACTIVE ONLINE ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
20230376920 · 2023-11-23 · ·

Embodiments of the present application pertain to a method, a system and an application program providing online interactive entertainment for adults. The system includes a computing device which runs the application program. The computing device broadcasts a live stream session to terminal devices via a communication network. The computing device receives one or more tokens from a user of a terminal device during the broadcast. The tokens are rewards to a host of the live stream session. If an amount of tokens received from the terminal device is greater than or equal to a reward parameter, the computing device establishes a control connection between the computing device and the terminal device. The computing device instructs, through the control connection, an electronic device to perform one or more actions. The electronic device is an adult toy connected with the terminal device.

MULTI-PARTY CONFERENCE DATA MANAGEMENT

One example process may include determining, via a virtual private network (VPN) server, one or more client devices are currently content sharing during a conference including a plurality of active client devices, monitoring, via the VPN server, communication session parameters of one or more of the client devices which are forwarding the shared content to the VPN server, and the shared content is destined for one or more of the other client devices, modifying, via the VPN server, one or more of the communication session parameters of the one or more client devices which are forwarding the shared content to the VPN server, and determining whether the modified one or more communication session parameters have increased a performance of the one or more other client devices.

Cloud Gaming Device Handover

Methods and systems to identify options of secondary client devices for a device handover of game play include establishing a session of game play of a game for a primary client device by executing the game on a server and streaming video frames to the primary client device. A profile is generated for each secondary client device that is identified to be local to the primary client device. A handover option is provided to the primary client device during game play, identifying one or more of the secondary client devices, based on the profile. A selection of a secondary client device from the handover option causes pausing of the streaming of video frames to the primary client device, accessing the game state for the game, and resuming game play using the secondary client device.

Distance-based framing for an online conference session

Distance-based framing includes obtaining at least a video stream during an online conference session. The video stream, an audio stream received with the video stream, or both the video stream and the audio stream are analyzed and a framing that either focuses on a speaker in the video stream or provides an overview of participants in the video stream, the framing being is composed based on the analyzing. A potential error in the framing is detected based on further analysis of at least one of the video stream, the audio stream, or distance sensor data received with the video stream. The potential error may be contradicted or confirmed based on an amount of motion when the framing focuses on the speaker. If the distance sensor data contradicts the potential error, the framing is maintained, but if the distance sensor data confirms the potential error, a new framing is generated.

Conferencing based on driver state and context

Embodiments of the present disclosure sets forth a computer-implemented method comprising obtaining sensor data associated with a driver of a vehicle, determining a state associated with the driver based on the sensor data, and transmitting the state associated with the driver to a teleconference session, wherein the driver is at least one of a participant or an invitee to the teleconference session.
