MANAGEMENT OF PRESENTATION CONTENT INCLUDING GENERATION AND RENDERING OF A TRANSPARENT GLASSBOARD REPRESENTATION
The present disclosure relates to management of transparent glassboard representations, where a virtual glassboard is comprehensively integrated with presentation content. An exemplary transparent glassboard representation provides a layered configuration of content layers in an ordered arrangement to maximize integration of a virtual glassboard within presentation content. Some examples of the present disclosure comprise those where a graphical user interface (GUI) object is managed during the design of presentation content. In further examples, the present disclosure pertains to management for rendering of a transparent glassboard representation within a GUI of a host application/service endpoint during real-time (or near real-time) presentation. Further non-limiting examples apply trained artificial intelligence (AI) processing to efficiency automate management of transparent glassboard representations both in a design phase and presentation phase for managing presentation content. Representations of presentation content, comprising a transparent glassboard representation, may be synchronized through a plurality of different host applications/services.

Adaptive Content Masking During Web Conferencing Meetings
Adaptive content masking is provided. Content visibility customizations are applied to a view of shared information by respective participants during screen sharing in a web conferencing meeting using content visibility control settings. Content visibility is adjusted via adaptive learning based on frequency and type of screen sharing previously completed between a content presenter and respective participants of the web conferencing meeting. Content masking is applied adaptively based on monitoring the shared information and correlating the shared information with respective participants by retrieving meeting information prior to the web conferencing meeting and retrieving screen capture attributes from metadata of the web conferencing meeting that are mapped to the shared information being displayed on screens corresponding to respective participants.

Subscribers parse the NOTIFY message to find and save security status about individual links or the entire conference. The NOTIFY message may be sent in response to a SUBSCRIBE message or other client request. The security status may include a binary indicator and/or a security protocol.

Conference service number system
A conference service number system enables the reconfiguration of an existing telephone number as a service number usable for selectively routing calls to each of a client endpoint and a dedicated conference software instance. A conferencing system implements separate conferencing software instances for individual operators for whom unique telephone numbers, are assigned. A telephony system facilitates calls to and from telephone numbers and implements a menu system (e.g. an interactive voice response (IVR) menu) for presenting a caller with options to either route a call to a specific telephone number to the subject operator (e.g., to a client device of that operator) or to a conferencing software instance implemented specifically for that operator. The call is accordingly routed to either a device of the operator or to the conferencing software instance based on the selection by the caller.

A computer-implemented method and a media acquisition system (MAS) for accessing media from attendees of an event are provided. The MAS receives registration and event details from an organizer of the event and generates an online portal with media request elements. The MAS generates a shareable link to the online portal in multiple formats for rendering the shareable link to the attendees. The MAS displays the online portal on electronic devices of the attendees that access the online portal through the shareable link in one of the formats. The MAS acquires media from the electronic devices of the attendees agreeing to share the media with the organizer through a live media capture or an access of stored media. The MAS analyzes the acquired media according to organizer preferences and shares a selection of the analyzed media on preselected social media platforms on receiving a corresponding request from the organizer.
ESTABLISHED PERSPECTIVE USER INTERFACE AND USER EXPERIENCE FOR VIDEO MEETINGS
Aspects of this present disclosure relate to hybrid conference user interface. The hybrid conference interface provides an establishing shot before the meeting begins that places meeting attendees in a specific spatial arrangement, such as in specific seats around a conference table. Upon starting the conference, the hybrid user interface renders an appropriate perspective view of the meeting that is tailored to each attendee's perspective while also being spatially consistent for the entire group of attendees. Allowing attendees to place themselves where they want gives attendees a sense of physical space that helps them stay spatially oriented relative to the other people and resources in the room.
