Systems, methods, and devices for routing data in a network are described. A user device may send a request for video data that has been captured by a premises device. A computing device at the premises may receive the request and determine a capability of the user device. Based on the capability of the user device, the computing device may select a protocol from a plurality of protocols with which the video data is to be transmitted to the user device. Based on determining that the video data cannot be transmitted via the computing device, the video data may be transmitted from the premises device to the user device via the determined protocol.

Systems, methods, and devices for routing data in a network are described. A user device may send a request for video data that has been captured by a premises device. The present invention includes computerized method and apparatus for user interactivity with a network application executing on a server. The method and apparatus includes receiving, via a wireless network, an event message from a mobile device, the event message representing an input from a user interface on the mobile device where the user interface is executing based on a mobile application. The method and apparatus further includes generating data values based on the input in the event message and information relating to the mobile device. Moreover, the method and apparatus includes sending an update message to the mobile device based on the data values for updating a display of the mobile device.

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for adjusting a behavior of an application in real-time. Telemetry for a client computing device, a server computing device, and a network associated with the application may be received. It may be determined, while the application is running in real-time, whether to adjust the behavior of the application using the received telemetry. In response to determining to adjust the behavior of the application, the behavior of the application may be adjusted based on the received telemetry while the application is running in real-time.

The invention includes systems, methods, and software applications for centrally maintaining information and automatically distributing relevant portions of the information to remote users. In one embodiment, a central server stores the information, which is maintained on the central server. Periodically, or each time the server information is updated, the server identifies the portion of the information that is relevant to each user and downloads the relevant portion of information to each user, for example to a mobile device such as a Blackberry™. The invention may be used to maintain and timely distribute information related to emergency response procedures, sales or servicing schedules, and delivery schedules, among other things.

A system communicates a client application and a web application and receives configuration data operable within the web application and the client application. The system distributes the configuration data to the client application and the web application. The distributed configuration data is then used to configure the client application and the web application

A control method according to the present disclosure causes a computer of an information apparatus to: display on a display a display screen representing a floor plan including one or more rooms; and using at least one memory that associates first information indicating a type of each of one or more device icons representing one or more target devices with second information indicating an attribute of each of the one or more rooms, display a device icon having a room that corresponds to a type of a device icon among the one or more device icons in a region on the display screen corresponding to a room that corresponds to the device icon and display a device icon not having a room that corresponds to the type of the device icon among the one or more device icons in a prescribed region on the display screen.

A method is provided that includes establishing, by an application server, a remote access session with a client device, and creating, by a file system agent running on the application server, a metadata-only virtual file system associated with the remote access session, wherein the virtual file system only comprises file metadata associated with a plurality of files residing in a local file system of the client device. The method further includes responsive to receiving, by the virtual file system, a request to access content of a file referenced by the virtual file system, redirecting the request to a file system driver implementing at least a sub-tree of the local file system of the client device.

A method is provided that includes establishing, by an application server, a remote access session with a client device, and creating, by a file system agent running on the application server, a metadata-only virtual file system associated with the remote access session, wherein the virtual file system only comprises file metadata associated with a plurality of files residing in a local file system of the client device. The method further includes responsive to receiving, by the virtual file system, a request to access content of a file referenced by the virtual file system, redirecting the request to a file system driver implementing at least a sub-tree of the local file system of the client device.

In one example of the disclosure, a graphic user interface is sent to a client system for display via a web browser. The graphic user interface is to enable receipt of a user instruction to commence recording of user actions made via the web browser upon a subject web application. Responsive to receipt of the user instruction, a key is caused to be sent via the web browser to a host system hosting the subject web application. The key and recording data indicative of user actions performed upon the subject web application via the web browser are received from the host system via the web browser. The key and the recording data are included within a web page or web pages of the subject web application. The key is utilized to access the recording data. The recording data is sent to the client system for display via the web browser.
