Data beacon pulser(s) powered by information slingshot
Systems and methods for providing data beacons are disclosed. In some embodiments the system can include a first node and a second node. Each node includes a read queue, a write queue and a parallel file system. Data is written from the write queue on the first node to the parallel file system on the second node and from the write queue on the second node to the parallel file system on the first node. The read queue on each node receives data from the parallel file system on the node itself.

Preconfigured SyncML profile categories
A system and method for storing and retrieving preconfigured, hidden SyncML server profiles on a client is described. Conventionally, users of client devices need to manually configure the devices to allow for synchronization with new servers via SyncML. Preconfigured SyncML profiles allow a client to synchronize with a SyncML server without having to generate a new SyncML profile, thereby improving user experience. The preconfigured SyncML profiles may be hidden from a user or displayable to a user.
Coalescing metadata for mirroring to a remote storage node in a cluster storage system
Described herein are a system and method for remote mirroring/copying data and metadata sets from a local node to a remote node that reduces the number of metadata sets that are mirrored. In some embodiments, the local node may coalesce metadata sets into metadata chains, each metadata chain comprising a grouping of two or more metadata sets. In some instances, a “representative” metadata set of a metadata chain may be selected for sending to the remote node for storing, wherein the other metadata sets of the metadata chain are not sent to the remote node. In these embodiments, the selected metadata set may represent all the metadata sets in the chain and be the only metadata set in the chain that is transmitted and stored to the remote node. As such, the network congestion between the local and remote nodes may be reduced.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISTRIBUTED RESOURCE ALLOCATION
Resource allocation systems (aka distributed ledgers) can overcome scalability issues while still ensuring both that system resource amounts are not corrupted and that resource recipients can trust in resources delivered to them by requiring distributed nodes maintaining account histories—in return, for instance, for transaction fees—to probabilistically verify transaction history and maintain reserve resources in their own accounts for the repair of transactions impaired by invalid previous transactions. Even in a permissionless environment, such systems can maintain eventual consistency of transaction history without impairment of the accounts of non-maintaining users.
Halo based file system replication
The disclosure is directed to replicating datasets between data storage servers in a distributed computer network synchronously and asynchronously (“the technology”). A replication interface receives a request from a client to store a dataset in the distributed computer network. The replication interface identifies a first set of storage servers that are within a halo defined by the client. The replication interface replicates the dataset to the first set of the storage servers synchronously, and a remaining set of the storage servers, e.g., storage servers that are outside of the halo asynchronously. The replication interface can perform the synchronous and asynchronous replication simultaneously. The halo can be determined based on various parameters, including a halo latency, which indicates a permissible latency threshold between the client and a storage server to which the dataset is to be replicated synchronously.
Optimized message retransmission mechanism for distributed storage virtualization directory system
A method of retransmitting a multicast message through a unicast channel in a virtual distributed storage system comprising a cluster of nodes that includes a master node and a set of agent nodes is provided. Each node maintains a copy of a directory of the virtual distributed storage system. The master node multicasts messages to the agent node through a multicast channel to update the directory. The method determines that a particular message to update the directory exceeds a maximum size limit for transmit to the agent nodes through the multicast channel. The method multicasts a retransmission trigger message from the master node to each agent node. The method receives a retransmission request message at the master node from each of the agent nodes through a unicast channel. The method sends the particular message to update the directory from the master node to each agent node through the unicast channel.
Unified and secured enterprise mobility platform
Techniques for providing a unified and secured enterprise mobility platform. For example, a method comprises implementing a mobile device management component, a mobile application management component, a file syncing component and a file sharing component on a unified platform, and managing interactions between at least two of the mobile device management component, the mobile application management component, the file syncing component and the file sharing component on the unified platform. The method may further comprise implementing a mobile analytics component, a mobile security component and a mobile application container on the unified platform.
UTLITY NETWORK PROJECT MODELING AND MANAGEMENT
Provided herein are embodiments of systems, devices, and methods for a digital collaborative system for electric, water and gas engineering and operations. The systems, devices, and methods include an automatic and intelligent synchronization of simultaneous and parallel project or digital twin modifications between multiple users in a collaborative environment that integrates utility engineering and operation teams.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING NETWORK SECURITY ON A MOBILE PLATFORM
The disclosure describes components, apparatus and methods for providing network security between computing devices and/or networks on mobile platforms such as aircraft. One such apparatus may comprise: a first memory configured for data communication with a first computing device of the mobile platform; a second memory configured for data communication with a second computing device of the mobile platform; and a controller. The controller may be configured to detect a change in data stored In the first memory and cause the change in data stored in the first memory to be reflected in the second memory by causing data transfer from the first memory to the second memory. Data transfer between the first memory and the second memory may be conducted using a non-internet protocol.
