Hybrid workflow synchronization between cloud and on-premise systems in a content management system
A workflow executed by an on-premise installation of the content management system can include a cloud workflow and an on-premise workflow relating to on-premise content retained in an on-premise repository managed by the on-premise installation of the content management system. A synchronization can be initiated between the on-premise content and a cloud copy of the on-premise content to reflect a change to either of the on-premise content or the cloud copy in the other of the on-premise content and the cloud copy. The cloud copy can exist at a location managed by a cloud-based installation of the content management system. Upon detection that the cloud workflow has been completed by the location using the cloud copy, a resumption of the on-premise workflow can be triggered using the synchronization between the on-premise content and the cloud copy of the on-premise content. Related systems, methods, products, etc. are described.

Dual server system for sending a large email attachment
An electronic device with a touch-sensitive surface and display can execute a messaging application. The messaging application provides options for sending a message with a large attachment. In one option it allows for sending a message with a large attachment by uploading and storing the attachment on a cloud server, embeds a link to the storage location in the message, and sends the message without the attachment. The messaging application may also include a UI element in the message that includes an indicator about the status of the stored attachment. Furthermore, the messaging application may embed in the message a smaller sized version of the attachment before sending the message. The status indicator may display whether the link to the storage location has expired or whether the attachment has previously been retrieved from the cloud server.

Content Sharing Method, Terminal, Server, and System
Embodiments provide a content sharing method and system. A source terminal cloud server receives a content sending command sent by a source terminal, where the content sending command carries an address of a destination terminal cloud server. The source terminal cloud server sends a connection request to the destination terminal cloud server according to the address of the destination terminal cloud server, where the connection request is used to request to establish a connection to the destination terminal cloud server. The source terminal cloud server sends shared content to the destination terminal cloud server after the connection is established. After the shared content is transferred between the cloud servers, terminals respectively log in to their respective cloud servers.
Network path determination module, network path determining method therefof, and non-transitory storage medium thereof
The disclosure provides a network path determination module, a method of determining a network path, and a non-transitory storage medium which stores computer readable instruction to execute functions related to the method of determining a network path. In an aspect, the network path determination module includes not limited to: a first port; a non-transitory storage medium; and a processor coupled to the non-transitory storage medium, configured at least to: receive, through the first port, a requested generated by a detected data flow to create a forwarding entry in a network node for the data flow; retrieve a current network topology and a network status; select a network path based on the current network topology and the network status; generate a network control instruction based on the network path which has been selected; and execute the network control instruction to forward the data flow on the network path.
COMPUTING DEVICE FOR OPERATING A MACHINE SESSION WITH PERSISTENT READ CACHE AND NON-PERSISTENT WRITE CACHE AND RELATED METHODS
A computing device may include at least one memory and a processor cooperating therewith to receive a streaming base disk image from a base disk on a provisioning server over a network upon booting up the computing device, and operate a machine session on the computing device from the streaming base disk image. Furthermore, while the machine session operates on the computing device from the streaming base disk image, the processor may further cooperate with the at least one memory to download and store the base disk image over the network from the provisioning server to a persistent read cache in the at least one memory that persists on the client device after rebooting, and store modifications to the streaming base disk image in a non-persistent write cache in the at least one memory that does not persist on the client device after rebooting.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTEGRATING MULTIPLE MULTI-MEDIA COMPUTER APPLICATIONS INTO A SINGLE MULTI-MEDIA COMPUTER APPLICATION READER
A communications system comprising a computer device connected to a communications network. The computer device having one or more computer-based multimedia applications downloaded from the communications network. The computer-based multimedia applications being connected to respective servers through the communications system and the computer device. The computer device also having a computer-based multimedia application reader downloaded from the communications network that communicates with one or more of the computer-based multimedia applications. The computer-based multimedia application reader capable of copying all multimedia files stored in the computer device and/or the computer-based multimedia applications.
The computer-based multimedia application reader is also connected to a respective server through the communications network and/or computer device, which is capable of storing all multimedia files copied by said computer-based multimedia application reader.
Cloud Computing Service Architecture
A service control system manages a set of storage clients operating within one or more computing hosts. Storage clients may access a consistent storage system regardless which cloud provider the computing hosts come from. To provide storage, each logical volume accessed by a container is associated with a microcontroller at the computing host. The microcontroller is managed by the service control system and stores data for the logical volume at two or more replicas on different computing hosts.
STORAGE AND APPLICATION CONTROLLER FOR MIRRORING AND SWITCHOVER OF APPLICATIONS IN A PLURALITY OF CLOUD LOCATIONS VIA A PLURALITY OF CONFIGURABLE SECURITY PROTOCOLS
A storage and application controller that is coupled to a plurality of storage and application execution clouds is maintained. The storage and application controller transmits, via a first communications protocol, an application to a first storage and application execution cloud. The storage and application controller transmits, via a second communications protocol, a copy of the application to a second storage and application execution cloud. In response to a compromise of the first communications protocol, execution of the application is stopped and replaced via execution of the copy of the application.
