HUB AND SPOKE ARCHITECTURE FOR CLOUD-BASED SYNCHRONIZATION
20230092339 · 2023-03-23 ·

A method of synchronizing a plurality of end points is disclosed. A spoke is connected to a hub. The connecting of the spoke to the hub includes performing inbound synchronization of all of a set of data items or a subset of the set of data items with a replica. One or more additional spokes are connected to the hub. The connecting of the one or more additional spokes to the hub includes performing inbound synchronization of all of an additional set of data items or a subset of the additional set of data items with an additional replica. A subset of a set of data items stored in the replica or the additional replica is selected for outbound synchronization with any of a plurality of spokes except a spoke from which the subset of data items originated.

SHARING OF DATA SHARE METRICS TO CUSTOMERS

Provided herein are systems and methods to provide a way to share metrics regarding shared data access and accesses associated with data providers for different data listings of the data exchange. For example, the method may comprise detecting one or more client interactions with a set of data listings of a data exchange, the set of data listings associated with one or data providers. The method may further comprise collecting metrics corresponding to the one or more client interactions. In addition, the method may share metrics relevant to the one or more data providers with the one or more data providers.

INTERVALS FOR DATA REPLICATION
20230087089 · 2023-03-23 ·

A storage system performs data replication with a recovery point objective (RPO). The storage system replicates data at intervals through data transfers over a network. The storage system determines bandwidth of the network. The storage system determines the intervals for replicating the data, based on size of data transfers, network bandwidth, and the recovery point objective.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, DATA SYNCHRONIZATION PROGRAM, DATA SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD, DATA SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEM, AND TERMINAL DEVICE

Provided are an information processing device, a data synchronization program, a data synchronization method, a data synchronization system, and a terminal device that suppress an increase in processing load and communication load in a situation in which a plurality of user terminals participate and data of the plurality of user terminals are synchronized. A server device is connected to a plurality of clients that synchronize an object with each other via a network, and includes: data reception means configured to receive a difference from a synchronization target object from a client having ownership of the object; data update means configured to update first, second, third replicas, and the like obtained by replicating the synchronization target object by using the difference; and data transmission means configured to transmit the difference to a client other than the client having the ownership among the plurality of clients.

RESOLVING L2 MAPPING CONFLICTS WITHOUT REPORTER SYNCHRONIZATION

A method of recording layer-2 (L2) mappings created for workloads executing on a plurality of hosts in a first database managed by a network management server: upon receipt of a first mapping reported by a first host, determining that the first mapping is not recorded in the first database; and in response to the determining that the received first mapping is not recorded in the first database, generating a first timestamp and persisting a first record in the first database that includes the first mapping and the first timestamp.

DATABASE PERSISTENCE

A method includes, responsive to a SET command associated with a key-value store, concurrently updating the key-value store maintained on a non-persistent memory device of a memory sub-system and a mirror of the key-value store maintained on a persistent memory device of the memory sub-system. The method further includes responsive to a GET command associated with the key-value store, retrieving a value of a key from the key-value store maintained on the non-persistent memory device.

SYSTEM, APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A TIP DURING A BROADCAST
20230093192 · 2023-03-23 ·

A system is disclosed. The system has a tipping module, comprising computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, a processor, and a user device. The tipping module, the processor, and the user device are configured to display one or more multimedia content pages on a user interface of the user device, the one or more multimedia content pages associated with one or more live broadcast platforms, display one or more tipping graphical elements on the user interface of the user device, the one or more tipping graphical elements associated with the one or more multimedia content pages, and execute at least one tip operation on the one or more live broadcast platforms, the at least one tip operation associated with the one or more tipping graphical elements and responsive to a trigger instruction of any of the one or more tipping graphical elements.

Method and System for Synchronizing Configuration Data in a Plant
20220342397 · 2022-10-27 · ·

A system and method includes partitioning a network into first and second sub-networks connected by a network connection. A first component with first configuration data and a first local server are located in the first sub-network; a second component with second configuration data and a second local server are located in the second sub-network. The first configuration data is stored on the first and second local servers. The network connection is interrupted and the first configuration data is updated on the first local server. The network connection is re-connected, and if the first configuration data on the second local server is unchanged, the first configuration data on the second local server is overwritten.
