Proxy End Registration Method, System, and Related Apparatus
Provided are a proxy end registration method, a proxy end registration system, a computer-readable memory medium, and a terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a management end, heartbeat information sent by a proxy end, and determining whether a management end database contains a UUID in the heartbeat information, wherein the heartbeat information is generated according to a MAC address of the proxy end and timestamp information; if not, determining whether a first hash counter in the heartbeat information is 0, the first hash counter being used for indicating a heartbeat IP transformation state of the heartbeat information; if the first hash counter is not 0, notifying the proxy end of the need to re-register; or if the first hash counter is 0, allowing the proxy end to register.
Federated identity management with decentralized computing platforms
Provided is a process that establishes user identities within a decentralized data store, like a blockchain. A user's mobile device may establish credential values within a trusted execution environment of the mobile device. Representations of those credentials may be generated on the mobile device and transmitted for storage in association with an identity of the user established on the blockchain. Similarly, one or more key-pairs may be generated or otherwise used by the mobile device for signatures and signature verification. Private keys may remain resident on the device (or known and input by the user) while corresponding public keys may be stored in associated with the user identity on the blockchain. A private key is used to sign representations of credentials and other values as a proof of knowledge of the private key and credential values for authentication of the user to the user identity on the blockchain.
System and method for monitoring door usage
A system for monitoring an automated door assembly comprises a sensor, a local area network having a firewall, and a manager. The sensor is coupled to the automated door assembly and is in communication with the local area network. The local area network and the manager are connected to the internet. The manager and the sensor are capable of communicating by a handshake protocol.

ADAPTABLE CELLULAR SESSION FOR LOW LATENCY AND POWER SAVING
A user equipment (UE) determines that a protocol data unit (PDU) session comprises an adaptable PDU session. The UE determines whether a current energy mode of the UE comprises an energy-saving mode. In response to determining that the current energy mode of the UE comprises the energy-saving mode, the UE establishes the adaptable PDU session in a non-always-on mode; and in response to determining that the current energy mode of the UE does not comprise the energy-saving mode, the UE establishes the adaptable PDU session in an always-on mode. Further, the UE can initially establish a mode of a plurality of adaptable PDU sessions as the non-always-on mode, when connecting to a certain type of network.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COMMUNICATING WITH A DEVICE IN A LOW POWER MODE
A first server system is configured to communicate with a first client device through a first application executing on the first client device. The first server system determines that communication with the first client device through the first application has been lost due to the first client device entering an idle mode. The first server system receives a request from a second client device that triggers reestablishing communication with the first client device through the first application. In response, the first server system transmits a request to a second server system to wake the first client device from the idle mode. The first server system receives, from the first application on the first client device, an indication that communication has been reestablished between the first server system and the first application. The first server system transmits a control command to control the first client device.
Techniques for efficient messaging client communication by updating user subscription stores based on subscription type and commands
Techniques for efficient messaging client communication are described. In one embodiment, an apparatus may comprise a client front-end component of a messaging server operative to receive a protocol connect packet from a messaging client, the protocol connect packet initiating a client authentication process with the messaging client; and receive a message package from the messaging client, the message package received during the client authentication process; a client authentication component operative to perform the client authentication process with the messaging client; and a client message queueing component operative to queue the message package in an authorization-holding message queue in response to the message package being received during the client authentication process. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Dynamically switching between synchronous and asynchronous communication channels
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for dynamically switching between synchronous and asynchronous communication channels. A communication request can be received from an application, and a request identifier can be generated for the communication request. The communication request can be transmitted to an edge server application via a first communication channel. The first communication channel can be selected from a plurality of communication channels based at least in part on a policy. In an instance in which a condition specified by the policy is detected in the transmission of the communication request, a second communication channel can be selected from the plurality of communication channels. The communication request can be transmitted to the edge server application using the second communication channel.
MAINTAINING AND RECOVERING SECURE CLOUD CONNECTIONS
A method enabling recovery of a terminated client-to-cloud processing sessions includes writing at least some data of cloud-based processing session between a cloud based server and a client device to the client device. Responsive to satisfaction of a session termination condition, the stored data is encrypted such that it can be recovered using suitable decryption techniques when the client-to-cloud-connection is subsequently re-established.
