A system and method for delivering an event from an event publisher to an event subscriber via an event broker are disclosed. The event broker performs several functions such as receiving an event published by an event publisher of a first domain, assigning a priority based on a second domain to a plurality of subscribers of the second domain, processing the event based on a rule and the priority, and further delivering the event published by the event publisher of the first domain to the plurality of event subscribers of the second domain in accordance with the priority.

A non-production copy of data associated with a source physical computing device is created. A configuration of the source physical computing device is determined. A configuration for a destination virtual machine is determined based at least in part on the configuration of the source physical computing device. The destination virtual machine is provided access to data and metadata associated with the source physical computing device using the non-production copy of data associated with the source physical computing device.

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and software for caching tracking elements of network content are provided herein. In one example, a method of operating a cache node of a content delivery network that caches content for delivery to end user devices is provided. The method includes receiving content requests from an end user device for content cached by the cache node and responsively providing the content for delivery to the end user device, processing the content requests to determine a edge state that corresponds to the end user device, transferring information related to the edge state for delivery to at least one other cache node of the content delivery network for handling of content requests received at the at least one other cache node.

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and software for caching tracking elements of network content are provided herein. In one example, a method of operating a cache node of a content delivery network that caches content for delivery to end user devices is provided. The method includes receiving content requests from an end user device for content cached by the cache node and responsively providing the content for delivery to the end user device, processing the content requests to determine a edge state that corresponds to the end user device, transferring information related to the edge state for delivery to at least one other cache node of the content delivery network for handling of content requests received at the at least one other cache node.

The technology disclosed describes a system. The system comprises an edge network of a plurality of points of presence of a network security system. Points of presence in the plurality of points of presence are configured to intermediate traffic between clients and cloud applications and to use metadata to apply policies on the intermediated traffic. There are redundancies in metadata synchronization between the points of presence due to metadata migration to a second point of presence from a first point of presence handing off intermediation to the second point of presence within an application session. Each of the points of presence is configured with inline metadata generation logic. The inline metadata generation logic is configured to issue synthetic requests to provide the metadata to the second point of presence without requiring the metadata migration to the second point of presence.

A method includes generating a plurality of parity blocks from a plurality of lines of data blocks. A building system including one or more memory devices having instructions stored thereon, that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to generate an event subscription for a consuming system, the event subscription defining events to be sent to the consuming system. The building system operates to receive an event from an event source, the event comprising data and a timestamp and identify contextual data describing the event in a digital twin, the digital twin comprising a virtual representation of a building. The building system operates to enrich the event with the contextual data and provide, based on the event subscription and the contextual data of the enriched event, the enriched event to the consuming system.
