A system and method for allowing seamless integration of an omni-channel communication platform into third-party ad campaigns. An omni-channel communication platform comprises an interaction control system, an interaction routing system, and a media translation system. Users perform function calls via an application programming interface (API) to a URL generator in order to receive a custom redirect URL that may be hosted on a user's advertisement. The redirect URL intercepts customer interactions with that advertisement and allows the customer and user to communication over the customer's and user's preferred method, converting the user's communication technology to the customer's communication technology and vice-versa. Furthermore, the user may request a generated user-interface graphic that is associated with the redirect URL via the same or a different function call.

One or more of the agents respond with a list of peers that have previously seen some or all of the content which is the response to this request (after checking whether this data is still valid). The client then downloads the data from these peers in parts and in parallel, thereby speeding up the Web transfer, releasing congestion from the Web by fetching the information from multiple sources, and relieving traffic from Web servers by offloading the data transfers from them to nearby peers.

A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed for performing a data center monitoring and management operation. The data center monitoring and management operation includes: providing a data center asset with a data center asset bridging module, the data center asset comprising a data center asset user interface; establishing access to the data center asset; when access to the data center is established, enabling a connection between a cloud-based data center monitoring and management console and the data center asset via the data center asset bridging module; and, exchanging information between the data center asset and the cloud-based data center monitoring and management console via the bridging module.

Embodiments described herein leverage web cookies to carry messages across cloud application communications, wherein the messages are between entities that are not part of the cloud application itself. For example, in embodiments, a proxy server is interconnected between a client computer that is executing a front-end component of an application and an application server that is executing a back-end component of the application. The proxy server intercepts a request from the front-end component that is intended for the back-end component and generates a response thereto that includes a command to create a web cookie at the client computer, wherein the web cookie includes data to be utilized by a custom code component of the client computer. The proxy server may further cause the custom code component to be injected into the application front-end component for execution by the client computer.

A computing system can establish asynchronous network communications with exchanges to facilitate cross-medium transactions between originating and recipient clients. Such communications can result in filtering out errant responses that would otherwise cause an open transaction to fail.

Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed to identify main page views. An example apparatus includes at least one memory, machine readable instructions, and processor circuitry to at least one of instantiate or execute the machine readable instructions to: access a log of requests from a proxy, the log of requests including main page requests and embedded page requests, the log of requests including timestamps corresponding to the main page requests and the embedded page requests, identify, based on consecutive ones of the timestamps occurring within a time interval, at least one of the main page requests associated with the time interval, and credit the at least one of the main page requests as a main page view.
