The method includes receiving, on a media device, a theatrical track; parsing, by the media device, the theatrical track to retrieve Internet of Things metadata; generating, by the media device, Internet of Things instructions from the Internet of Things metadata; and publishing, by the media device, the Internet of Things instructions with presentation timestamps for one or more Internet of Things devices.

The pluralities of services specified by the distributed registry are presented to the user device. A request is received from the user device for a particular service from the plurality of services. The request may be made using a zero-knowledge protocol to maintain privacy of a user of the user device. The particular service includes an additional requested service for at least one of an auditability and taxability service. The particular service is provided along with the additional requested service.

Method and devices for communicating between an internet of things device and a remote computer system
For communicating between an Internet of Things (IoT) device and a remote computer system, the IoT device transmits an upload data message via a close range communication circuit to a mobile communication device, for forwarding to the remote computer system. The remote computer system receives the upload data message via a mobile radio communication network and stores an address of the mobile communication device, as a communication relay address for the IoT device. The remote computer system transmits a download data message via the mobile radio communication network to the communication relay address, for forwarding to the IoT device. The IoT device receives the download data message from the remote computer system, as forwarded by the mobile communication device via the close range communication circuit.
Dynamic trigger of web beacons
Techniques are disclosed relating to methods that include receiving an indication of an access by a user to a web page that includes a beacon, and calculating a readiness score for triggering the beacon. The methods may also include determining, based on the readiness score, whether to perform a client-side or server-side triggering of the beacon. The triggering causes data associated with the access to be transmitted to a third-party computer system.

The method comprises obtaining, from a content providing application function, a request for a cooperative performance enhancement service to be performed for application traffic between the application function and a user equipment, the cooperative performance enhancement service being performed by the cooperative performance enhancement node. The method comprises providing, upon having authorized the request, parameters as obtained in the request to a policy control function, thereby enabling discovery of the cooperative performance enhancement node.

There is provided mechanisms for enabling discovery of a collaborative proxy node in a 3GPP communication network. A method is performed by a network exposure function. The method comprises obtaining, from a content providing application function, a request for a cooperative performance enhancement service to be performed for application traffic between the application function and a user equipment, the cooperative performance enhancement service being performed by the cooperative performance enhancement node. The method comprises providing, upon having authorized the request, parameters as obtained in the request to a policy control function, thereby enabling discovery of the cooperative performance enhancement node.
System and method of providing an interactive development platform in a distributed computing environment
A system and method of providing an interactive development environment include providing a proxy server, adapted to interface at least one cloud-based platform and one or more client modules, operatively connected to the proxy server, where each client module is associated with a respective user development platform. At least one client module receives, from the respective user development platform, one or more interactive computing documents, commonly referred to as notebooks, each representing one or more scripting code elements, commonly referred to as cells. The proxy server scans the one or more cells, according to a set of predetermined scripting rules, and encapsulates one or more notebooks in one or more data containers, based on the scan. The proxy server may subsequently transmits the one or more data containers to the at least one cloud-based platform, to execute at least one cell of the one or more notebooks.
System and method of providing an interactive development platform in a distributed computing environment
A system and method of providing an interactive development environment include providing a proxy server, adapted to interface at least one cloud-based platform and one or more client modules, operatively connected to the proxy server, where each client module is associated with a respective user development platform. At least one client module receives, from the respective user development platform, one or more interactive computing documents, commonly referred to as notebooks, each representing one or more scripting code elements, commonly referred to as cells. One or more processors may: receive a first request to read first information of a first type for a first entity; determine that, in a first entry of the parent table for the first entity, the first type is specified in the class field; obtain the first information from a child table associated with the first type; receive a second request to read second information of a second type for a second entity; determine that, in a second entry of the parent table for the second entity, the second type is indicated as present by a filter field that is associated with the second type; and obtain the second information from a set of additional fields in the second entry.
