Quantum computing service supporting multiple quantum computing technologies
A quantum computing service includes connections to multiple quantum hardware providers that are configured to execute quantum circuits using quantum computers based on different quantum technologies. The quantum computing service enables a customer to define a quantum algorithm/circuit in an intermediate representation and select from any of a plurality of supported quantum computing technologies to be used to execute the quantum algorithm/quantum circuit.
Multi-tenant routing gateway for internet-of-things devices
Novel techniques are described for gateway routing and/or processing of multi-tenant Internet-of-Things (IoT) device data streams. For example, a single IoT routing gateway can be used to route device data streams from IoT devices of multiple customers according to rule-based routing tiers. The routing tiers define routing protocols, including which communication technologies to use for transmission of the device data streams over a cloud network to remote servers. In some cases, the routing tiers further define processing protocols to facilitate rule-based edge processing (and/or remote processing) of some or all device data streams. Some routing tiers can define a primary and one or more secondary solution for routing and/or processing, according to customer-defined rules. In some cases, the routing tiers further enable rule-based control of interconnectivity among IoT devices.
Datapath load distribution for a RIC
To provide a low latency near RT RIC, some embodiments separate the RIC's functions into several different components that operate on different machines (e.g., execute on VMs or Pods) operating on the same host computer or different host computers. Some embodiments also provide high speed interfaces between these machines. Some or all of these interfaces operate in non-blocking, lockless manner in order to ensure that critical near RT RIC operations (e.g., datapath processes) are not delayed due to multiple requests causing one or more components to stall. In addition, each of these RIC components also has an internal architecture that is designed to operate in a non-blocking manner so that no one process of a component can block the operation of another process of the component. All of these low latency features allow the near RT RIC to serve as a high speed IO between the E2 nodes and the xApps.
COMMAND SERVICES MANAGER FOR SECURE SHARING OF COMMANDS TO REGISTERED AGENTS
A command services manager of a control device can receive a command from a user interface device and provide for the storing and sharing of the command with one or more service providers so as to provide an improved user experience. Media service providers can register with a network resource associated with the command services manager. The command can be encrypted and stored locally at the control device or remotely at a network resource and be sent to a registered media service provider so that the media service provider can provide improved search responses and/or customize the interaction with the user, recommendation of content availability from other service providers, etc. The command services manager can also receive notifications from the media service provider and provide the notifications to the user, for example, notifications indicative of the success or failure of a command.
System and method for communication analysis for use with agent assist within a cloud-based contact center
Methods to reduce agent effort and improve customer experience quality through artificial intelligence. The Agent Assist tool provides contact centers with an innovative tool designed to reduce agent effort, improve quality and reduce costs by minimizing search and data entry tasks The Agent Assist tool is natively built and fully unified within the agent interface while keeping all data internally protected from third-party sharing.
Traffic management architecture
A cable distribution system includes a head end connected to a plurality of customer devices through a transmission network that provides data suitable for the plurality of customer devices. A traffic monitoring system receives from a customer support device a first data request for a parameter of one of the plurality of customer devices. The traffic monitoring system provides a second data request for the parameter of the one of said plurality of customer devices to a customer premise equipment management system in response to receiving the first data request. The traffic monitoring system receiving a first data response including the parameter from the customer premise equipment management system in response to providing the second data request to the customer premise equipment management system. The traffic monitoring system providing a second data response including the parameter from the traffic management system to the customer support device in response to receiving the first data response.
TRANSMISSION DEVICE, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TRANSMISSION METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
A transmission device according to an embodiment includes one or more processors. The processors divide a plurality of pieces of transmission data to be transmitted into first data and second data. The processors transmit the first data to a server device configured to distribute the transmission data to a reception device. The processors store the second data in storage. The processors receive, from the reception device or the server device, a request for transmission of the second data. The processors transmit the second data to the server device in accordance with the request for transmission.
DEPLOYING A CLOUD INSTANCE OF A USER VIRTUAL MACHINE
An instruction to generate a cloud instantiation of a secondary storage system is provided. One or more secondary storage clusters are virtually rebuilt in the cloud instantiation of the secondary storage system. A new cloud instance of a user virtual machine is deployed based on at least a portion of data stored in the one or more rebuilt secondary storage clusters of the cloud instantiation of the secondary storage system. A version of at least the portion of the data of the one or more rebuilt secondary storage clusters is provided to a cloud deployment server.
Message processing
In a telecommunications network, a network node processes messages according to different sets of user-programmable message processing rules. The network node includes an input for receiving a series of input messages which are processed in a message manipulation function. Processed messages are also output from the network node according different communication protocols.
GENERATING CONTEXTUALLY RELEVANT TEXT TRANSCRIPTS OF VOICE RECORDINGS WITHIN A MESSAGE THREAD
The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for generating contextually relevant transcripts of voice recordings based on social networking data. For instance, the disclosed systems receive a voice recording from a user corresponding to a message thread including the user and one or more co-users. The disclosed systems analyze acoustic features of the voice recording to generate transcription-text probabilities. The disclosed systems generate term weights for terms corresponding to objects associated with the user within a social networking system by analyzing user social networking data. Using the contextually aware term weights, the disclosed systems adjust the transcription-text probabilities. Based on the adjusted transcription-text probabilities, the disclosed systems generate a transcript of the voice recording for display within the message thread.
