DECENTRALIZED REPUTATION MANAGEMENT IN A NAMED-FUNCTION NETWORK
Various systems and methods for providing decentralized reputation management in a named-function network are described herein. A compute node is configured to access an information centric network (ICN) interest packet from a user device, the ICN interest packet including a function name and a data name; construct a named-function network (NFN) interest packet using the function name; transmit the NFN interest packet to a function provider; receive an NFN data packet with a version of a function corresponding to the function name; construct a named-data network (NDN) interest packet using the data name; receive an NDN data packet with a data value corresponding to the data name; determine that the version of the function is not on a denylist; and initiate execution of the version of the function with the data value in response to determining that the version of the function is not on the denylist.
SUPPLEMENTING USER WEB-BROWSING
An apparatus and method of providing a user with a web-browser supplement is disclosed. One method includes providing access to a focal group, wherein the focal group includes at least one member having at least one association with the user. Access is provided to information associated with the at least one member having relevance to the focal group. Web browsing by the user is supplemented by the information of the members of the focal group.
Information-centric networking over 5G or later networks
In a communication network, a network function may be provided for controlling Information Centric Networking (ICN) protocol-based traffic flow between a set of user equipment (UE). This network function may be an ICN application function (ICN-AF), and may obtain information indicative of whether, and optionally to which degree, a respective ICN node is publisher of content in the exchange of content between the ICN nodes. The ICN-AF may, for example via a session management function (SMF), initiate a reassignment of a PDU session of an ICN node which is presumed to be a requester of content to a data network access point which has connectivity to, or is the same as, a data network access point assigned to an ICN node which is characterized as publisher of content.

NF SERVICE PRODUCER'S URIs FOR INTER-PLMN MOBILITY
An apparatus and method can include monitoring whether a consumer of a target network receives a resource identifier, a first apiRoot identifying a producer, and a second apiRoot identifying the producer and a producer network. The first apiRoot is for routing a service request to the producer, and the second apiRoot is for routing the service request to the producer if the target network is different from the producer network. The method further comprises identifying the producer network based on the second apiRoot, and deciding whether the target network is different from the producer network. If the target network is not different from the producer network, the service request is sent wherein the resource is identified by the first apiRoot and the identifier. If the target network is different from the producer network, the service request is sent wherein the resource is identified by the second apiRoot and the identifier.
AUTOMATIC CONNECTION TO WORK SITE EQUIPMENT GROUPINGS
A work site equipment grouping system includes a plurality of work machines including a first work machine and a second work machine. Each work machine is configured to wirelessly communicate with other work machines. The system further includes a local area network including a plurality of communicatively connected nodes, the nodes including the first work machine and the second work machine. The system further includes a third work machine configured to detect one of the first work machine or the second work machine within a signal range of the third work machine and, upon detecting one of the first work machine or the second work machine, automatically join the local area network.
Systems and methods for emergency data integration
A disclosed apparatus obtains emergency data for multiple device types from a plurality of emergency data sources and provides a jurisdictional map view to a plurality of emergency network entities, where each emergency network entity corresponds to a given geographic boundary. The jurisdictional map view corresponds to a respective emergency network entity's geographic boundary. The apparatus determines portions of the emergency data corresponding to emergencies occurring within each respective emergency network entity geographic boundary, and provides location indicators within each respective jurisdictional map view, with each location indicator corresponding to an emergency.
Electronic device for providing intelligent assistance service and operating method thereof
An electronic device includes at least one communication circuit, at least one microphone, at least one processor operatively connected to the at least one communication circuit and the at least one microphone, and at least one memory operatively connected to the at least one processor. The at least one memory is configured to store instructions. The at least one processor is configured to store intent masking information that defines an utterance processing target for at least one intent, in the memory. When an utterance indicating a speech based intelligent assistance service through the at least one microphone is received, the at least one processor is configured to determine that a processing target of the received utterance is one of the electronic device or a server connected through the at least one communication circuit, based on the intent masking information.
Method, system, and related device for managing media transmission path
A method for managing a media transmission path includes: obtaining location information of a terminal; determining an application function user plane anchor device corresponding to the terminal, and an application function user plane edge device that has a minimum transmission delay, where the transmission delay is between the application function user plane edge device and the terminal; establishing media transmission paths between the application function user plane anchor device and the application function user plane edge device, and between the application function user plane edge device and the terminal; selecting a new application function user plane edge device when a location of the terminal changes; and handing over the terminal to the new application function user plane edge device. This method reduces a delay of a media transmission path, and can better meet a requirement of a delay sensitive service.
