Methods and devices for selectively presenting a user interface in a dual screen device. More particularly, the method includes providing a gallery for the dual screen device. The gallery can present one or more images in a user interface. The gallery user interface can adapt to changes in the device configuration. Further, the gallery can display images or videos in the various configurations.

The present disclosure provides a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes a support assembly, a display screen, and a moveable seat. The support assembly includes a first housing, a second housing, and a bendable member. The bendable member is connected between the first housing and the second housing. The first housing is provided with a protrusion. The first housing defines an accommodation slot therein. The second housing is provided with a concave groove. When the support assembly is folded, at least a part of the protrusion is accommodated within the concave groove. A camera is disposed in the moveable seat. The moveable seat is retractably mounted in the accommodation slot, and the moveable seat carrying the camera is configured to be received within the accommodation slot or extended out of the accommodation slot so that an image capturing face of the camera is exposed.

A mobile device cover displays notifications based on communication received by a host mobile device. The mobile device cover has multiple screens that can be unfolded. The multiple screens can operate as separate displays or at least two of the screens can form a composite display. One of the screens can provide a touch-sensitive keyboard.

Techniques for managing call sessions in multi-display systems are described. For instance, the described techniques can be implemented to manage media content in the context of a client device that includes two or more housings attached via a hinge region such that the housings are pivotable relative to one another. The described techniques, for example, enable dynamic configuration of output of call sessions based on changes in user position relative to a client device.

A multi-part electronic device has a mode with at least two overlapped device parts comprising a first camera part mounted on a first device part and a second camera part mounted on a second device part. At least one of the first and second camera parts is resiliently mounted such that contact between the first and second camera parts when the first device part and the second device part are overlapped with each other aligns the first camera part and the second camera part within a selected angular deviation between the camera parts' respective optical axes. Methods and devices for selecting a card from an application stack, wherein the card represents a corresponding application that a user would like to make active or bring focus to. The selecting includes one or more of a dragging and a tapping action, with these actions being triggers for transitioning the device to an optional drag state or tapped state, respectively. Transitioning through this state executes the activating of a corresponding application or other action on the device to facilitate window/application/desktop management. The selecting further allows a user to specify which a touch screen (or portion hereof) on which a particular application should be launched.

An assembly, system and method for reversibly combining handheld articles, one of which may be a cellular phone. A user may hingedly join cellular phones or other handheld articles with additional handheld articles in such a manner that they may be folded flat against each other in either of two directions. If desired, the cellular phones and other handheld devices may be connected electrically/electronically with each other or with devices or systems external of the assembly.

Cooling of an electronic device that includes a first portion and a second portion is provided. The first portion and the second portion are rotatable relative to each other. A first sensor measures a first temperature at a first location within or on the electronic device continuously or intermittently. A second sensor measures a second temperature at a second location within or on the electronic device continuously or intermittently. A processor identifies a first state of the electronic device or a second state of the electronic device. The processor controls operation of the electronic device based on the first measured temperature and the second measured temperature when the electronic device is in the identified first state and controls the operation of the electronic device based on the first measured temperatures but not based on the second measured temperatures when the electronic device is in the identified second state.
