FLEXIBLE SCREEN MOBILE TERMINAL
A flexible screen mobile terminal includes: a first body, a second body, a flexible screen, and a screen support, where the screen support is configured to fix the flexible screen, and enable the flexible screen to be movably connected to at least one of the first body and the second body. The terminal provided by the present disclosure may realize dual requirements for a large-size screen and a small-volume product.
Mobile device case with integrated adaptor
The present application is directed to a case and analog port adaptor for use with a phone. The case includes a body configured to be engaged around the perimeter of a phone. The case includes an electronic package that has an analog port for receipt of a TRS plug of an electronic accessory such as headphones. The electronics package also includes an electronic plug and an electronic pathway. The electronic plug interfaces with an electronic port of the phone. The electronic pathway provides the mechanism for power and data communication between the phone and the analog port via the interface of the case's electronic plug to the electronic port of the phone.
MODULAR BUSINESS TELEPHONE USING CELLULAR TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION
A modular communication device includes a business telephone dock and a smart device that is implemented with cellular telephone communication capability. The smart device is matable to business telephone dock to provide cellular telephone capability to the business telephone dock and thereby operate it through a cellular telephone communication medium.
Attachable Supplemental Battery for Mobile Device
A self-attaching supplemental battery for a cellular phone comprises a housing containing a rechargeable battery. A releasable attachment pad is affixed to an attachment side of the housing to releasably couple the housing and the rechargeable battery to a back of the cellular phone. A cover is removably carried by the housing, and selectively locatable on either side. The cover comprises a panel sized and shaped to cover the releasable attachment pad in a protection location when located on the attachment side of the housing, and to expose the releasable attachment pad in a storage location when located on the face side of the housing.
Module identification method for expandable gateway applications
A modular wireless communications system (edge device, etc.) that includes a base unit having a base unit processor and one or more additional units that each include a processor, in which the base unit processor is configured with processor-executable software instructions to determine whether the base unit has been combined with the one or more additional units to create a combined unit and/or whether one or more of the additional units have been detached from the combined unit. The processor may automatically perform an edge reconfiguration interrogation and enumeration (ERIE) operation in response to determining that the base unit has been combined with the one or more additional units to create the combined unit or in response to determining that one or more of the additional units have been detached from the combined unit.
Managing device functions based on physical interaction with device modules
Embodiments are provided for managing operation of an electronic device based on the connection(s) of hardware module(s) to the electronic drive via a support housing. According to certain aspects, the electronic device may detect when a hardware module connects to the support housing. The electronic device may identify a function associated with the hardware module, where the function may be a built-in function of the hardware module itself or of the electronic device. The electronic device may accordingly activate the identified function.
Capture connector for actuated locking devices
Aspects described herein generally relate to a capture connector an actuated locking device. The actuator mechanism includes a capture connector having a body and at least one contact element connectable to the body, wherein each contact element comprises a first contact surface extending in a first direction and a second contact surface extending in a second direction different from the first direction. The actuator mechanism further includes a shape memory wire extending in a third direction adjacent to the capture connector, and at least one termination component fixedly coupled to the shape memory wire. The shape memory wire has at least one of a first actuation state and a second actuation state, and in the first actuation state, the shape memory wire generates an actuator force in the third direction, which is normal or oblique to the first direction of the first contact surface.
MOBILE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
A mobile terminal including a first body unit having a display on a front surface, and having an opened end portion; a second body unit coupled to the opened end portion of the first body unit, and having a plurality of keys including a capture mode switching key for switching between a camera capture mode and a general mode of the mobile terminal; and a controller configured to perform a first function in response to a manipulation of a first key among the plurality of keys when a current operation mode of the mobile terminal is the camera capture mode, and perform a second function in response to the manipulation of the first key when the current operation mode of the mobile terminal is the general mode.
DATA TRANSFER BETWEEN HOST AND PERIPHERAL DEVICES
A device, which may be a peripheral device or a host computing device, comprises a communication interface, a memory and a processor. The processor is arranged to detect imminent disconnection of a communication link between the peripheral device and the host computing device and in response to detecting the imminent disconnection of the communication link, to trigger a data transfer from the host computing device to the peripheral device via the communication interface. The data transfer defines, at least in part, a fixed output data set which, after disconnection, is output via an output device in the peripheral device.
MOBILE DEVICE
The present invention relates to a mobile device. A mobile device, according to an embodiment, comprises: a first main body which has a display unit having an image output on one side thereof; a second main body which is positioned at a predetermined distance away from the first main body and has a substrate unit, inside which an electronic component is mounted, and a power source battery for supplying a power source; and a connecting member which electrically connects the first main body and the second main body on the lower ends of the first main body and the second main body. The connecting member comprises: a body portion which forms the external shape; a mounting portion which is provided on the upper side of the body portion and has the first main body and the second main body placed thereon; a flexible substrate which is placed on the inside of the body portion and electrically connects the first main body and the second main body; and terminals which are formed on both end portions of the flexible substrate, are externally protruded from the mounting portion, and which are coupled to the first main body and the second main body, respectively.
