Pop-out phone case assembly
A pop-out phone case assembly for facilitating hands free use of a smart phone during a phone call includes a smart phone case that has a smart phone is removably positioned therein. A saddle unit is movably coupled to the smart phone case. The saddle unit is positionable in a deployed position having the saddle unit extending away from the smart phone case. Moreover, the saddle unit conforms to a curvature of a user's shoulder and spaces the smart phone case away from the user's shoulder. In this way the saddle unit facilitates the smart phone to be comfortably positioned between the user's ear and the user's shoulder for hands free use of the smart phone during a phone call. The saddle unit is positionable in a stored position having the saddle unit lying against the smart phone case.
MECHANICAL LOCKING OF FLOOR PANELS WITH VERTICAL SNAP FOLDING
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system on long and short edges allowing installation with vertical snap folding that could be accomplished automatically without tools and where the short edge locking system has a tongue made in one piece with the panel. The floor panels may have a first and a second connector at the long edges that are configured to obtain a minimum of friction facilitating a displacement, by a spring back force from the bending of a short edge locking strip, of a new panel in a horizontal direction along the long edge during the vertical snap folding action.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR A GRIPPING DEVICE FOR A PORTABLE COMPUTING DEVICE
An apparatus for a gripping device for a portable computing device according to various aspects of the present technology may include a selectively deployable spring element. A center section of the spring element may be connected to the portable computing device by a spring retainer. The spring element comprises opposing ends that extend away from the center section in a first position and curl inwards towards the center section and the spring retainer in a second position to form a ring. The spring retainer may be configured to rotate with respect to the portable computing device to allow the ring to be adjusted according to a desired use. The spring element and the spring retainer may also be integrated with a cover configured to fit around the portable computing device.
Grip for Portable Electronic Devices
A finger grip adherable to a portable electronic device and configured to provide a deployable tool to assist a user in holding portable electronic device. The finger grip includes a base portion, a cap portion, and a flexure bearing. The cap portion is moveable between a captured position where the cap portion contacts the base portion and a relaxed position where the cap portion is separated from the base portion by a gap. The flexure bearing is coupled to the base portion and to the cap portion, and the flexure bearing provides at least one compliant degree of freedom to allow the cap portion to move between captured position and the relaxed position.
Dynamic surface profile change in device for better gripping
A method comprises receiving moisture sensor data from at least one moisture sensor located in a device. The at least one moisture sensor is configured to detect moisture on a surface of the device. The method also comprises determining a likelihood of the device slipping from a grip of a user based on the received moisture sensor data; and altering a surface profile of a surface panel of the device based on the determined likelihood of the device slipping from the grip of the user.
Phone Case and Storage Device
A phone case of embodiments of the disclosed technology includes at least two removably attachable components and a plurality of variously-shaped implement holders. A first component is removably attachable to a smartphone and a second is removably connectable to a user's arm. Each component includes at least one of the plurality of implement holders.
Mobile terminal touch control display structure and manufacturing method thereof, mobile terminal
A mobile terminal touch control display structure and a manufacturing method thereof, and a mobile terminal are disclosed. The mobile terminal touch control display structure comprises: a touch control display panel (20), a display region (21) of the touch control display panel (20) having an inwardly recessed irregular-shaped avoidance region (22) at an edge corresponding to a bottom of a mobile terminal, the touch control display panel (20) comprising a first substrate (23) and a second substrate (24) attached with each other, wherein the second substrate (24) is disposed close to a front panel of the mobile terminal, the second substrate (24) having a first inwardly recessed avoidance groove (241) at an edge corresponding to the irregular-shaped avoidance region (22); a transparent cover plate (10) positioned on a side of the second substrate (24) away from the first substrate (23), wherein the transparent cover plate (10) is provided with a receiving groove (11) in a region corresponding to the first avoidance groove (241), a depth direction of the receiving groove (11) being parallel to a thickness direction of the transparent cover plate (10), the receiving groove (11) being opened toward the first avoidance groove (241) on the second substrate; and a fingerprint unlocking unit (40) disposed on a bottom of the receiving groove (11).
Mobile terminal
A mobile terminal includes a front case accommodating a display on a front surface and having a receiver for outputting a sound, a rear case coupled to one side of the front case, a rear cover covering a rear portion of the rear case to form an appearance and having an air vent hole allowing air to flow in and out to maintain predetermined pressure, and a circuit board installed been the front case and the rear case, wherein an air flow port is formed on an inner side surface of the rear cover and protrudes from the rear cover toward the rear portion of the case to guide movement of air formed by an external force acting on the rear cover.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING NOTIFICATIONS IN AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE ACCORDING TO USER STATUS
Controlling notification output from an electronic device includes detecting that a stress level of a user of the electronic device is above a predetermined threshold; and in response to the detection that the stress level of the user is above the predetermined threshold, applying a notification rule to control notification output, the application of the notification rule changing how or when a notification for the call or message is output by the electronic device relative to how or when the notification would be output had the user stress level been below the predetermined threshold.
Smartphone Safety Device
A device comprising a means to re-direct the line of sight of a camera function of a smartphone.
