A speech recognition unit converts speech uttered by a speaker to text data. An intention estimation unit extracts a nickname from the text data, and searches a database for registration information that satisfies a condition corresponding to the nickname. A search result output presents the searched for registration information to the speaker that corresponding to the nickname.
Systems and methods for establishing a communications session
Systems, methods, and devices for establishing communications sessions with contacts are disclosed. In some embodiments, a first request may be received from a first device. The first request may be to communicate with a contact name. A user account associated with the first device may then be identified, and a contact list associated with the user account may be accessed to determine contacts associated with the contact name. Based on the contact list, a first contact and a second contact associated with the contact name may be identified. It may be determined, from memory, that the first contact is a first preferred contact. However, based on an intervening event, the second contact, rather than the preferred contact, may be selected for communicating with the contact.
METHOD FOR RESPONDING TO USER UTTERANCE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING SAME
In an embodiment of the disclosure, disclosed is an electronic device including a communication module, a microphone, a first and a second wake-up recognition module, a memory, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a first user utterance through the microphone, recognize the first user utterance based on at least one of the first or the second wake-up recognition module, when the recognized first user utterance includes specified at least one first trigger information, record at least part of the first user utterance by activating the recording function, transmit recorded data to an external device, and receive at least one of second user utterance information, which is predicted to occur at a time after the function of the speech recognition service is activated by the first wake-up recognition module, or at least one response information associated with the second user utterance from the external device.
CONTACT RESOLUTION FOR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS
Methods and systems for performing contact resolution are described herein. When initiating a communications session using a voice activated electronic device, a contact name may be resolved to determine an appropriate contact with which the communications session may be directed to. Contacts from an individual's contact list may be queried to determine a listing of probable contacts associated with the contact name, and contact identifiers associated with the contact may be determined. Using one or more rules for disambiguating between similar contact names, a single contact may be identified, and a communications session with that contact may be initiated.

Unified message search
The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods, systems, and devices, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for generating terms of a search query based on a user's spoken utterances, identifying multiple cross-platform messages based on the generated terms, and to generating, via a presentation device, a single interface that enables the user to interact with identified messages. Based on a spoken utterance, the disclosed embodiments may determine user-specified search terms and/or criteria, and based on the user-specified search terms and/or criteria, may obtain cross-platform message data that corresponds to the search query. The communications device may generate one or more interface elements that describe corresponding ones of the cross-platform messages, which may be presented within a unified graphical user interface or voice-user interface by a communications device.
SPEAKER RECOGNITION IN THE CALL CENTER
Utterances of at least two speakers in a speech signal may be distinguished and the associated speaker identified by use of diarization together with automatic speech recognition of identifying words and phrases commonly in the speech signal. The diarization process clusters turns of the conversation while recognized special form phrases and entity names identify the speakers. A trained probabilistic model deduces which entity name(s) correspond to the clusters.
Method and device for displaying application function information, and terminal device
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for training an acoustic model, a terminal device and a storage medium. The method includes: displaying a content card associated with an application function on a screen of a terminal device; and performing a switching operation on the content card currently displayed on the screen when detecting that a preset switching condition is satisfied.
Implementations for Voice Assistant on Devices
An electronic device configures a device-agnostic voice assistant library for execution on the electronic device based on the electronic device having a first device type. The electronic device also selects an implementation for the voice assistant library. After the configuring, the electronic device receives a verbal input from a user. It extracts request information from the verbal input by processing the verbal input using the voice assistant library executing on the device. It transmits a request to a remote system, the request including the extracted request information. The electronic device receives a response to the request. The response is generated by the remote system in accordance with the extracted request information. The electronic device performs an operation in accordance with the response by one or more voice processing modules of the configured voice assistant library.
Voice recognition apparatus, vehicle including the same, and control method thereof
A voice recognition apparatus includes: a first controller configured to acquire a voice signal of a user and acquire a phonebook list including at least one phonebook data piece in which a name and a phone number are matched from a user terminal; and a voice recognition engine to recognize the voice signal based on a voice recognition parameter, wherein the first controller is further configured to determine whether to change the voice recognition parameter value based on the phonebook list and change the voice recognition parameter value based on a determination result.
