METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING SESSIONS FROM ONE OR MORE DEVICES
An apparatus and mechanism to manage multi-modal real-time or quasi real-time sessions such as voice, video, instant messaging, or web-conferencing across multiple devices through a simple subscription to a session management service. A user can subscribe to the service from many devices (e.g. mobile device, desk phone, personal computer, internet appliance, internet TV, communication terminal, etc.) and through the service seamlessly move sessions back and forth between subscribed devices. In a preferred embodiment, a user utilizes a “virtual slider” in a simple “two touch” procedure to effectuate the movement of a communication session from one device to another device via the service.
Dynamic input control positioning
Apparatuses, methods, systems, and program products are disclosed for sharing content with a detected device. An apparatus includes a touch-sensitive display, a processor, and a memory that stores code executable by the processor. The memory stores code executable by the processor to determine an application requesting touch input from a user. The memory stores code executable by the processor to detect one or more contact locations of a touch input on the touch-sensitive display. The memory stores code executable by the processor to position, dynamically, one or more interface controls for providing touch input to the application at the one or more contact locations detected on the touch-sensitive display.
Location service management
An application manager of a mobile device can provide a user with the ability to control whether an application can use location information provided by a location subsystem of the mobile device. The application can request a current location of the mobile device and the location subsystem can provide the location of the mobile device in accordance with a location services authorization type that is assigned to the application.

Systems and methods for intercepting communications
Tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable media include instructions that cause a processor to receive a first indication that a user is attempting to communicate with a provider, and intercept communication between the user and the provider based on the first indication being received. The instructions also cause the processor to send user information to a provider application server based on the first indication being received, and display a visual interface that establishes communication with the relevant provider department or performs a transaction based on the first indication being received. The instructions further cause the processor to receive a second indication associated with performing the action associated with the provider via the visual interface; and performing the action based on the second indication being received.
MOBILE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a mobile terminal allowing a user to conveniently determine execution screens of at least two applications to be displayed in a multitasking manner and layouts therefor; and a method for controlling same. Provided according to an aspect of the present invention is a mobile terminal comprising: a body; a display coupled to the body such that a display region viewed from the front of the body can vary depending on switching between an extended display mode and a retracted display mode; and a control unit for performing control such that, in response to switching from the retracted display mode to the extended display mode, multiple layout indicators for multiple application execution screens are displayed or multiple application icons are displayed.

EMAIL ASSISTANT OPTIONS BAR FOR EMAIL APPLICATIONS
Systems and methods are described for providing an email assistant options bar. An assistant engine of an email application can identify contacts of a user profile that the user interacts with the most frequently based on a set of rules. When a user interacts with an email in the email application using a predetermined input type, the assistant engine can display the email assistant options bar. The email assistant options bar can include icons representing the identified contacts that the user interacts with the most frequently and a set of actions that can be performed to interact with the contacts. Some examples of actions can include forwarding the selected email, calling a contact, and setting up a meeting. The user can select one or more of the contacts and one of the actions. The assistant engine can perform the selected action with the selected contact as the recipient.
AUDIO OUTPUT CHANNEL SWITCHING METHOD AND APPARATUS AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An audio output channel switching method is applied to an electronic device having a built-in earpiece and a first sensor. The first sensor is disposed at a first location in the electronic device. The electronic device having an external audio device connected thereto as an audio output channel detects a first operation. In response to the first operation, the electronic device determines a first distance between the electronic device and the external audio device. The electronic device determines a second distance between a covering object and a first location based on a detection signal of the first sensor. When the first distance is greater than a first distance threshold, and the second distance is less than a second distance threshold, the electronic device switches the audio output channel from the external audio device to a built-in earpiece of the electronic device.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING USER INTERFACE DURING CALL
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a communication interface, and at least one processor operatively connected to the display and the communication interface, wherein the processor is configured to when a call is connected to a counterpart electronic device, display a call user interface (UI) including a plurality of graphic objects enabling selection of a function available during a call, in relation to a function of a first graphic object of the call UI, identify at least one external device which can be connected through the communication interface, determine the priority of the identified at least one connectable external device, and display the first graphic object including a first sub-object indicating the function of the first graphic object and a second sub-object indicating a first external device having the highest priority among the identified at least one connectable external device.
