Voice user interface for data access control
A voice user interface (VUI) may be deployed for accessing data that are stored in databases of a telecommunications network. A voice command received at a voice interface device connected to a telecommunications network may be converted into a persistent data representation via a speech interpretation engine. The persistent data representation is sent to an intent mapping service that maps persistent data representations to intermediate command representations. In turn, a command interpreter of the telecommunications network may receive the intermediate command representation from the intent mapping service. The command interpreter may translate the intermediate command representation into a database function command via a command interpreter of the telecommunications network. The database function command may be executed on data stored in a database of the telecommunications network via a database interface to generate at a synthesized speech output presented by the voice interface device or a visual output presented by a display device.
Operational support for network infrastructures
Systems and methods that facilitate operational support for network infrastructures are discussed. The disclosed system and method facilitate a unified view of the current state of the network and networked devices including real-time log monitoring and for providing metrics for long term system planning. One such method can include the acts of automatically discovering a device deployed on a network, receiving device and network related data in real-time, determining whether a device is authorized, terminating device network access, filtering device data, validating device configuration, configuring a device and providing an output for use by a user. The disclosed system and method can be utilized, for example, to reduce the time involved in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, for establishing a baseline for network performance and for network capacity planning.
Call reconstruction sequenced application
Embodiments provide systems and methods for reconstructing a communication session upon a failure of a session manager by monitoring a communication session associated with a Universal Call IDentifier (UCID) and detecting a failure of the session manager. In some cases, A timer can be set in response to detecting the failure of the session manager. In response to the timer expiring before detecting the recovery of the session manager, the application server can end monitoring of the communication session. In response to detecting a subsequent recovery of the session manager, a re-invitation message associated with the communication session and including the UCID can be sent. Communications components of the contact center can receive and accept the re-invitation message, re-map a session initiated by the re-invitation message to the communication session based on the UCID from the re-invitation message, and reconstruct the communication session.
Systems and methods for intercepting communications
Tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable media include instructions that cause a processor to receive a first indication that a user is attempting to communicate with a provider, and intercept communication between the user and the provider based on the first indication being received. The instructions also cause the processor to send user information to a provider application server based on the first indication being received, and display a visual interface that establishes communication with the relevant provider department or performs a transaction based on the first indication being received. The instructions further cause the processor to receive a second indication associated with performing the action associated with the provider via the visual interface; and performing the action based on the second indication being received.
TOLL-TREE NUMBERS METADATA TAGGING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
A toll-free tagging service is provided that includes a subscription-based service that is made available to responsible organizations, consumers and businesses. The toll-free tagging service may provide the ability to tag a toll-free number (or group of numbers), and once a number is tagged, to track updates to that number that may then be distributed to customers through emails/text messages or other means. Subscribers of the toll-free tagging service may also have the ability to create, view, update and delete tags through a web application, mobile application, or some other user interface.

LINK ADJUSTMENT METHOD, SERVER, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method and apparatus are provided. The method includes obtaining call information of first users currently in network calls in a network call system. Direct link quality and relay link quality corresponding to each first user are obtained according to the call information. Call link are configured for plural second users, where the plural second users are users whose relay link quality is higher than the corresponding direct link quality among the first users.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE AND APPARATUS TO CALIBRATE PAYLOAD INFORMATION
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to calibrate payload information. An example apparatus a data acquirer to obtain (a) passive measurement data and (b) background active measurement (BAM) data from panelists in a market of interest, the BAM data associated with network usage metrics of panelist wireless devices undisturbed by panelist behavior. The example apparatus further includes a share assignor to assign a first share of the passive measurement data and a second share of the BAM data to particular areas within the market of interest, the first share based on a number of passive measurement occurrences in a first one of the particular areas and the second share based on a second number of BAM occurrences in the first one of the particular areas, a weight calculator to determine weights for the first area based on the first and second shares, and a BAM calibrator to remove a bias between the passive measurement data and the BAM data by calibrating the BAM data for the market of interest using the weights.

Baseband processor and method for power saving by adjustment of clock rate and supply voltage
The disclosure relates to a baseband processing method, comprising: receiving a downlink (DL) baseband (BB) signal in a transmission time interval (TTI), wherein the DL BB signal comprises a time-frequency resource comprising a control section and a data section; decoding at least part of the control section to detect a DL grant information; if the DL grant information is detected, determine a number of granted data resource blocks from the DL grant information; and adjust at least one of a clock rate and supply voltage of the baseband processing based on the number of granted resource blocks.
