Example embodiments of this disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, a server, a storage medium, and a system for call processing. The method includes: monitoring, in real time, a call processing process of an artificial intelligence AI robot, to obtain an interaction text of the call, where the interaction text includes a recognition result of a user question and a reply to the user question; obtaining a service level value of the AI robot for the call based on the obtained interaction text; and when the service level value meets a first condition, performing an intervention operation on the call by using a target agent device.

Techniques are described that update a caller on call progress status using various effects based on a likelihood that the call will connect with the callee, and/or a likelihood that the caller will prematurely terminate the call. In some examples, a machine-learned model may determine a likelihood that a call will connect based on conditions associated with the callee. In some cases, a machine-learned model may determine a likelihood that a call will be prematurely terminated by the caller based on conditions associated with the caller. Animations, haptic outputs, sounds, and/or other content may be used to indicate likelihood of the call connecting to the caller.

REAL-TIME CALL TRANSLATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A real-time call translation system and method is provided. The invention provides establishing a voice call between a user speaking a source language and another user understanding and speaking a different target language; and performing translation of the audio of the source user into audio in the target language, and translation of the audio of the target user back to audio in the source language during the call. Further, the invention provides interlacing of the audio of the source user, the target user and the translated audio; in which the listener first hears the original audio from the other participant and then the associated translated audio and the speaker synchronously also hears the translated audio. Further the interlacing provides participants a better understanding of the conversation and conversational flow. Further the method facilitates better translations and clearer transcription, as the audio streams are not overlapped, and further noise and interference are reduced in the audio streams.

A method for enhancing dialog systems is disclosed herein. The method comprises maintaining an online marketplace that may include a plurality of dialog system extension elements. The method may further include receiving a selection of one of the plurality of dialog system extension elements from a software developer. The software developer may be associated with a dialog system. Systems and methods for providing conversation assistance include receiving from at least one user device of a user, conversation information and determining that the conversation information is associated with a conversation involving the user and a first person that is associated with first conversation assistance information in a non-transitory memory. A need for conversation assistance in the conversation involving the user and the first person is detected using the body measurement data. First conversation assistance information associated with the first person is retrieved from the non-transitory memory. COMPUTER-BASED TECHNIQUES FOR OBTAINING PERSONALIZED ASSISTANCE WITH SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS
In various embodiments, a mentor application automatically obtains assistance with software applications. The mentor application generates a computer-generated help request associated with a first user of a software application. Based on the computer-generated help request and a set of user contexts associated with a set of users, the mentor application computes match scores. Each match score predicts how suitable a particular user is for servicing the computer-generated help request. Based on the match scores, the mentor application transmits at least one help request notification to at least one user included in the set of users to determine a second user to service the computer-generated help request. The mentor application then establishes a computer connection between the first user and the second user through which an interactive help session between the first user and the second user is held.
Single interface for provisioning collected data to requesting systems
Systems and methods are described herein for providing multiple, different types of information for mobile devices and associated users to requesting systems, such as customer service systems provided by telecommunications carriers. The systems and methods may generate a single API that, when called by a requesting system (e.g., via a request transmitted by the requesting system that includes subscriber or device information), provides data collected from multiple, disparate data sources back to the requesting system via the single API.
