System and Method of Capturing, Tracking, Composing, Analyzing and Automating Analog and Digital Interactions
A system and method are disclosed for capturing, tracking, analyzing and automating analog and digital interactions. Embodiments include a system comprising one or more end user systems, one or more entity systems, and a computer operatively coupled to a display device. The computer is configured to monitor one or more communications on first and second communication channels between the end user and entity systems, group the one or more communications on the first and second communication channels by communication subject, and display the grouped communications on the display device.
Exchange, call facilitation method, and call facilitation program
Control means of an exchange comprising connection means for accommodating a telephone and the control means for controlling the accommodated telephone, receives a dial signal from the telephone without causing the telephone to respond to an incoming call when the telephone that is performing incoming call ringing is hooked off, causes the hooked-off telephone to respond to the incoming call when the received dial signal is a first dial signal, and causes the telephone as a call source to make a call without causing the hooked-off telephone to respond to the incoming call when the received dial signal is a second dial signal. Thereby, it is possible to make a call even during incoming call ringing.
Intelligent subscriber profile control and management
A system for dynamic profile and persona management, comprising a profile and persona management server that receives device event information from a user device, and compares the event information to a feature bundle, the feature bundle corresponding to a set of feature configurations, and directs the operation of a telephony control system based on the feature configurations. The system also comprises a database for storing feature configurations and feature bundles.
Processing signalling
Processing signalling relating to a telephony session. A first telephony session establishment request relating to the telephony session is received. The first telephony session establishment request comprises a first telephony identifier as a calling party identifier. The first telephony identifier is replaced with a second telephony identifier. The second telephony identifier is different from the first telephony identifier. Call processing relating to the telephony session is enabled to be performed based on the second telephony identifier. The second telephony identifier is replaced with a telephony identifier other than the second telephony identifier. A second telephony session establishment request relating to the telephony session is transmitted. The second telephony session establishment request comprises the other telephony identifier.
Processing signalling relating to a telephony session
Processing signalling relating to a telephony session in a first telephony network. The session involves a telephony device associated with a second telephony network. A first message received from a first node in the first network comprises a first telephony identifier, associated with the first network, as a called party identifier. A second, different telephony identifier, associated with the first network, is identified. A second message transmitted to the first node comprises the second identifier as a telephony party identifier, whereby to enable call services to be provided in the first network on the basis of the second identifier. A third message, comprising the second identifier as a telephony party identifier, is received from the first node. A third telephony identifier, associated with the second network, is identified using the second identifier. A fourth message, comprising the third identifier as a telephony party identifier, is transmitted to the first node.
METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERING A USER IN A DESK-SHARE ENVIRONMENT AND IP TELEPHONE
The present invention relates to a method for automatically registering a user in a desk-share environment comprising a plurality of desks, each desk being equipped with an IP telephone connected to a communication network, in particular, to a local area network, wherein the IP telephone holds a data base comprising data of all desk-share users of the desk-share environment, the data comprising at least a user ID and a MAC address of a terminal device for each user assigned to a user profile, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, at the IP telephone, an IP data packet from a first terminal device via the communication network; verifying the MAC address in the IP data packet received from the first terminal device; and when the MAC address corresponds to a MAC address in the data of the data base, activating the user profile assigned to the MAC address in the IP telephone. Further, the invention relates to an IP telephone which is adapted to carry out the method for automatically registering a user in a desk-share environment.
System, method, and computer-readable medium for concurrent termination of multiple calls at a mobile terminal
A system, method and computer-readable medium for allocating multiple subscriptions to a single mobile terminal thereby allowing concurrent termination of multiple calls at the mobile terminal are provided. A mobile terminal adapted to terminate multiple concurrent calls is described. In one implementation, a network need not have any configuration data regarding the multi-line capabilities of the mobile terminal. In other implementations, network-centric mechanisms are provided for allowing multiple concurrent calls to be terminated by a mobile terminal. Multiple concurrent calls may be terminated at a mobile terminal on separate carrier frequencies or alternatively may be terminated on a common carrier frequency.
Voice Message Callback Action Enabling and Disabling
A callback action is enabled for a first user in association with a voice message (VM) that is in a shared VM inbox. A determination is made that the VM is not responded to within a response time. Responsive to determining that the VM is not responded to within the response time, the VM is reassigned from the first user to a second user. Responsive to reassigning the VM from the first user to the second user, the callback action is enabled for the second user and is disabled for the first user.
Phone number verification
A system and corresponding method is provided to receiving a phone number for a mobile device as part of a process of associating the phone number with a communication profile. A communication system commands a device connected to the communication system and to a mobile device to cause the mobile device to call a verification phone number assigned to the communication system. The communication system receives the phone number of the mobile device via the verification phone number. The communication system also retrieves phonebook data from the mobile device for storage and subsequent use. Receiving phone number, the phonebook data can be performed with minimal efforts on part of the user beyond connecting the mobile device to the device.
Intelligent subscriber profile control and management
A system for dynamic profile and persona management, comprising a profile and persona management server that receives device event information from a user device, and compares the event information to a feature bundle, the feature bundle corresponding to a set of feature configurations, and directs the operation of connected user services of a telephony control system, whether for the user device, for another subscribed user device, or in the cloud, based on the feature configurations. The system also comprises a database for storing feature configurations, feature configuration bundles and feature policies made up of multiple feature bundles.
