A method is provided for interacting with audience members in an event, each of the potential attendees having available thereto a unique identifier. The method comprises creating, for an attendee, a unique ID (UID) on a mobile wireless device (MWD) by the steps of inputting to the MWD one of the unique identifiers, combining the obtained unique identifier with a UID time stamp at the time of creation of the UID; receiving with a server on a first wireless channel communications from the MWD; registering the UID at the physical location of the event; generating a visual query; displaying on the MWD response indicators; receiving at the server from the registered attendee a response, to the query over the first wireless channel; and storing in a database on the server the received response in association with the displayed query.

Application developers can request to have their applications registered for use with a content delivery platform. The operator of the content delivery platform establishes perimeters defining geographic areas, and maintains records reserving particular areas for delivery of content associated with particular sponsors. Registered applications running on mobile devices can request content from the content delivery platform. Based at least in part on the request, the content delivery platform can identify a target location, which may be the location of the mobile device, or some other location indicated in the request. A mobile device can be provided content based on the relationship of the target location to the geographic areas, so that a registered application running on a mobile device with a target location contained within a geographic area assigned to a particular sponsor will receive content related to that sponsor.

Embodiments are disclosed for providing voice calls to users of a motor vehicle. As an example, a method comprises: responsive to a voice call, routing the voice call to at least one phone zone of a plurality of phone zones based on at least one of a user input and a source of the voice call, the plurality of phone zones included in a cabin of a motor vehicle. A method for predicting fraudulent call activity is provided. The method includes receiving one or more datasets indicating call activity corresponding to a phone number, and analyzing the one or more datasets to identify unusual call activity. The method further includes generating a fraud prediction, based at least in part on the identified unusual call activity, that the phone number will be used for fraud.
