METHOD OF ENABLING DIGITAL MUSIC CONTENT TO BE DOWNLOADED TO AND USED ON A PORTABLE WIRELESS COMPUTING DEVICE
The invention enables digital music content to be downloaded to and used on a portable wireless computing device. An application running on the wireless device has been automatically adapted to parameters associated with the wireless device without end-user input (e.g. the application has been configured in dependence on the device OS and firmware, related bugs, screen size, pixel number, security models, connection handling, memory etc. This application enables an end-user to browse and search music content on a remote server using a wireless network; to download music content from that remote server using the wireless network and to playback and manage that downloaded music content. The application also includes a digital rights management system that enables unlimited legal downloads of different music tracks to the device and also enables any of those tracks stored on the device to be played so long as a subscription service has not terminated.

IN-CALL MESSAGING FOR INACTIVE PARTY
A method for using a system which enables a party to provide an in-call message to another party in an ongoing call includes receiving a first signal indicating that a first party in a call is inactive. The method further includes indicating to a second party in the call that the first party in the call is inactive. The method further includes receiving a recorded message from the second party in the call. The method further includes receiving a second signal indicating that the first party in the call is active. The method further includes providing, in response to receiving the second signal, the recorded message to the first party.

METHOD OF EXPOSING A RECEIVED MESSAGE, USER TERMINAL PERFORMING THE SAME AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM FOR PERFORMING THE SAME
A method capable of enhancing a user's acceptance of a received message, a message application program for performing the method, and a user terminal performing the method. The method of exposing received messages is a method performed by a message application program running on a user terminal. The method comprises receiving a message, and displaying the message if the current state of the user terminal satisfies a condition included in an exposure rule. After the message application program receives the message, the message application program displays the message only when the current state of the terminal satisfies the condition included in the exposure rule, thereby increasing the acceptance of the message.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO CALLING CUSTOMERS
A method and apparatus for providing assistance to customers seeking assistance from agents of an enterprise is disclosed. The method includes receiving a signal indicating the caller's wish to speak with a live agent associated with the enterprise to seek the assistance from the live agent. In response to a receipt of the signal, it is determined whether at least one live agent from among a plurality of live agents associated with the enterprise is available for a voice interaction with the caller. Subsequent to determining that no live agent from among the plurality of live agents is currently available for the voice interaction with the caller, the caller is diverted to an asynchronous messaging channel. A textual messaging-based interaction is facilitated between a messaging agent and the caller on the asynchronous messaging channel to provide the assistance to the caller.

INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An information processing method implemented by a processor using voice information based on sound output by a sound outputter includes receiving, from each of a plurality of terminal apparatuses, a piece of voice information indicative of the sound that is output by the sound outputter and received by each of the plurality of terminal apparatuses, and storing, in a storage device, the respective piece of voice information received from each of the plurality of terminal apparatuses.
Automatically Performing Actions by a Mobile Computing Device
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for receiving, at a mobile computing device that is associated with a called user, a call from a calling computing device that is associated with a calling user; in response to receiving the call, determining, by the mobile computing device, that data associated with the called user indicates that the called user will not respond to the call; in response to determining that the called user will not respond to the call, inferring, by the mobile computing device, an informational need of the calling user; and automatically providing, from the mobile computing device to the calling computing device, information associated with the called user and that satisfies the inferred informational need of the calling user.
System and method for providing a network service in a distributed fashion to a mobile device
A mobile virtual network operator is provided. The operator includes a server that is communicatively coupled to a mobile device. The mobile device includes application software provided by the virtual network operator for allowing phone call and data connectivity.
