DIGITAL ASSISTANT INTEGRATION WITH TELEPHONY

Systems and processes for integrating a digital assistant with telephony are provided. For example, an incoming call may be received, from a caller, at an electronic device. A communication session may be established between the caller and the digital assistant of the electronic device. In accordance with a determination that the identification of the caller is unknown, determination is made whether the caller corresponds to an automated calling system. In accordance with a determination that the identification of the caller is known, a response is provided by the digital assistant to the caller. An output including information corresponding to the communication is provided at the electronic device.

AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATION RESPONSES

A method, and associated system, for determining an automatic action to be performed in response to an unsuccessful communication request. A first set of data, obtained from a first electronic communication device, is transmitted by the first electronic communication device to the computing system in response to a determination by the first electronic communication device that a called user of the first electronic communication device is unable or unwilling to accept a communication request from a calling user of a second electronic communication device. The first set of data is associated with the called user, the first electronic communication device, the second electronic communication device, or combinations thereof. A second set of data is obtained from the second electronic communication device and associated with the calling user, the second electronic communication device, or both. The action to be performed is determined based on the first and second sets of data.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning to simulate an interactive voice response system. A computing platform may receive user interaction information corresponding to interactions between a user and enterprise computing devices. Based on the user interaction information, the computing platform may identify predicted intents for the user, and may generate hotkey information based on the predicted intents. The computing platform may send the hotkey information and commands directing the mobile device to output the hotkey information. The computing platform may receive hotkey input information from the mobile device. Based on the hotkey input information, the computing platform may generate a hotkey response message. The computing platform may send, to the mobile device, the hotkey response message and commands directing the mobile device to convert the hotkey response message to an audio output and to output the audio output.

Method and Apparatus for Storing Phone Number, and Method and Apparatus for Dialing Phone Number

DYNAMICALLY CONFIGURING INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE CALL TREES
20170318156 · 2017-11-02 ·

A device may receive, from an interactive voice response (IVR) device, a first request for a code. The first request may be based on the IVR device having received a call from a user device. The device may determine user device information, associated with the user device, based on the first request. The device may determine the code based on at least one of the first request or the user device information. The device may send, to the IVR device, the code to enable the IVR device to configure a call tree based on the code. The device may receive, from the IVR device, a second request for an experience. The experience may be based on the code. The device may send, to the user device, a message to cause the user device to provide the experience.
