Signaling gateway apparatus, protocol conversion method, and program
A signaling gateway apparatus (SG) in an IP network, is directly connected to a group unit center (GC) in a PSTN in a layer of MTP level 3 without via a signaling transfer point (STP), converts a M2PA sequence number included in an XCO or an XCA which is a response to the XCO, to a sequence number with a value in a range from 0 to 127 which is a maximum value of a 7-bit unsigned integer and transmits the XCO or the XCA to an opposite apparatus.
Intercom system with relay gateway
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an intercom system including a cloud server, and a relay gateway. The cloud server is configured to receive a trigger signal from a visitor door station, and to send a notification when the cloud server receives the trigger signal from the visitor door station. In one embodiment, the relay gateway is configured to receive the notification from the cloud server and to send the notification to one of a plurality of local intercom stations via one of plurality of hard wires, the hard wires being connected to the local intercom stations, respectively. In one embodiment, the cloud server is configured to send the notification to a remote intercom device that corresponds to the one of the plurality of the local intercom stations.
Intelligent apparatus and method for responding to text messages
An intelligent interface responds to text messages, which in a particular embodiment are addressed to a landline phone number. An IP network interface receives requests including a source phone number, message content and the destination phone number. The intelligent interface includes access to a serialized intent file created by a vectorizer. An intent classifier determines one intent from the serialized intent file based on the received message content. A response is generated according to the one intent. A reply generator generates a reply including the source phone number as a destination, the landline phone number as a source and the response.
On premises gateways interconnecting VoIP systems, the public switched telephone network and private branch exchanges and other telephony infrastructure
A system and computer-implemented method for providing telephony communication services for VoIP or analog telephony devices using an on-premises gateway and remotely located VoIP system are described. Some implementations of the methods may include generating a configuration file mapping a plurality of tag extensions to a plurality of analog telephone ports of a high-density analog telephony adapter (HDATA), which may be communicatively coupled to the VoIP system. The VoIP system may transmit the configuration file to the HDATA, receive a telephony service request, and determine a tag extension based on the telephony service request. The VoIP system may transmit an identification of the tag extension to the HDATA and route a telephony service to the HDATA via the communication channel using the tag extension.
Dual compatibility phone system
A method of operating a captioned telephone comprising the steps of dialing a telephone number to a relay gateway, connecting to the gateway over a communication network, performing a test to assess communication network quality, based on the test results, setting up the captioned telephone to operate in at least one of a first mode and a second mode wherein each of the first and second modes is one of (i) a PSTN mode in which data is communicated between the captioned telephone and the relay gateway via analog transmission and (ii) an IP mode in which data is communicated between the captioned telephone and the relay gateway via the Internet.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES FOR STEERING PACKETS ACROSS MULTIPLE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES
Systems and methods for steering data packets among a plurality of available network devices. A device connected to a wide area network through multiple network interfaces may dynamically select which network interface to use to transmit individual packets sent to, and received from, client devices over a local area network.
Voice enabled IoT using second line service
Enablement of a voice channel being established between an IoT device and a controller through the use of a voice-line service system.
On premises gateways interconnecting VoIP systems the public switched telephone network and private branch exchanges and other telephony infrastructure
On premises gateways located within organization sites interconnect VoIP systems, the public switched telephone network (PSTN), Private Branch Exchanges and other telephony infrastructure.
Device, system, and process for providing emergency calling service for a wireless device using voice over data
A system for providing emergency telephone call solutions for wireless devices using a voice over data network, the system having the voice over data network to recognize an emergency call from one of the wireless devices, to determine whether a cellular network is available to receive the emergency call, and to transmit the emergency call to the cellular network, a gateway for converting the emergency call between a first format for the voice over data network and a second format for a public switched telephone network associated with the cellular network, a mobile virtual network operator to communicate information associated with the emergency call to the cellular network and to the voice over data network, and the voice over data network and the cellular network to route the emergency call and the information associated with the emergency call to an emergency authority.
