A Toll-Free Management Platform (TFMP) includes methods and systems for number administration, customer administration, call management services, texting services and text registry, and a smart services registry. The TFMP may allow users to receive through a web-based interface, an activate request from a user, wherein the request includes at least a customer record template reference and an indication of when to active a toll-free telecommunications number associated with the request. The request may include at least one IP address datum associated with the toll-free telecommunications number. A user interface may allow activating a toll-free number, and users may access the TFMP to create and access existing templates of toll-free call routing templates, and utilize a routing tree engine to create customized call routing trees for the toll-free numbers of interest to the user.

Systems and methods for wireless network service provider selection are provided. In one embodiment, a method comprises: determining when there is there a positive balance of an unutilized allowance for at least one of a plurality of available wireless network service providers; when there is a positive balance of an unutilized allowance, designating one service provider from the plurality of available wireless network service providers as a selected wireless network service provider based at least in part on the unutilized allowance; and adjusting operation of one or more radio communication transceivers to establish a communication link via the selected wireless network service provider.

Systems and methods for wireless network service provider selection are provided. A toll-free tagging service is provided that includes a subscription-based service that is made available to responsible organizations, consumers and businesses. The toll-free tagging service may provide the ability to tag a toll-free number (or group of numbers), and once a number is tagged, to track updates to that number that may then be distributed to customers through emails/text messages or other means. Subscribers of the toll-free tagging service may also have the ability to create, view, update and delete tags through a web application, mobile application, or some other user interface.

Methods and systems for providing a rating system that allow for customers to create a database of toll-free numbers that are abused by malicious consumers which may be cloud-based and allow for service providers to dip prior to completing or accepting calls.

A social messaging hub provides communication services for a data enabled device having Internet network access capabilities. The social messaging hub communicates with the data enabled device over the Internet or cellular data networks, and interfaces with a message infrastructure including mobile carriers, message aggregators, message exchanges and various specialized social messaging services to enable bi-directional messaging communication. A method performed by a device for determining a subscriber identification module (SIM) card to be used for a call is provided. The method includes determining, for each of plural call types and prior to a new call originating from a user equipment (UE), a SIM card to be used, from among a first SIM card installed in the UE and a second SIM card installed in the UE, identifying a call type of the new call originating from the UE, selecting, based on the identified call type, the SIM card previously determined for the identified call type according to the determining, and updating, based on performance of the new call and prior to a subsequent call, the determined SIM card for at least one of the plural call types.
