Example bulk device processing systems and methods are described. In one implementation, techniques receive a plurality of application programming interface (API) requests, where each of the plurality of API requests is associated with a particular device. The techniques further sort the plurality of API requests based on an associated carrier. The techniques also create a first batch of API calls associated with devices using a first carrier and create a second batch of API calls associated with devices using a second carrier. The techniques then create multiple threads for parallel execution of the first batch of API calls and the second batch of API calls, and automatically execute the API calls associated with the plurality of threads.

Example notification management systems and methods are described. In one implementation, techniques identify multiple devices communicating using a carrier and identify a trigger associated with at least one of the multiple devices. Based on identifying the trigger, the techniques may apply at least one business rule associated with at least one of the multiple devices. The techniques may further generate at least one notification in response to applying the business rule.

Systems and methods are disclosed to facilitate payment of a restaurant bill via text message. For example, a text message having a restaurant bill code may be sent from a customer device to an MPS phone number. A restaurant network address may be extracted for a restaurant computing system. A query may be sent to the restaurant computing system using the restaurant network address with the restaurant bill code. In response, the restaurant computing system may send restaurant bill data that includes least one restaurant menu item, a price for the at least one restaurant menu item, and a total bill amount. A unique URL may be created that when entered into a web browser presents a webpage that includes at least the restaurant bill data. The unique URL may be used by the customer to pay the restaurant bill.

A method of a roaming user equipment (UE) according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes obtaining billing information of the roaming UE from a message received from a communication carrier server, sending a billing information authentication request message including the obtained billing information to an authentication server, and receiving an authentication result regarding whether the billing information is valid.

This disclosure provides systems, methods, services, and platforms for automatically prompting a user of a mobile device to send feedback after a triggering event. This disclosure enables Mobile Network Operators to immediately solicit timely feedback from a mobile user after an interaction with the user. When a business, group, or other entity has an active survey campaign, a survey message comprising one or more response options is automatically sent to a mobile device after a triggering event occurs. Based on the user's selected response option, subsequent, follow-up survey messages can be automatically sent to the mobile device.

Techniques for identifying certain signals sent over the CAN bus between components of a vehicle are provided herein. Specifically, certain testing maneuvers designed to engage the component of interest are provided to a technician for performing on the vehicle. The messages can be captured from the CAN bus and analyzed, using supervised machine learning algorithms, to isolate the message ids and the byte numbers so that the values of the component of interest may be observed for determining performance metrics. Once identified, these performance metrics may be used to compare with other vehicles or improve the design and performance of the vehicle.

Based on information collected from the operator network and IT system, the CSP system delivers alerts to a subscriber's device and provides offers to resolve the condition causing the alerts. The CSP system provides customized contextual offers to the subscriber's device based on contextual assessments of a subscriber's current context, such as time in contract, loyalty status, data and voice usage, value of customer, time, location and purchase history. A process for authorizing wireless service includes providing a generally rectangular flat form factor card having a first surface and opposing second surface. The process further includes providing a machine-readable activation code arranged on the first surface, wherein the machine-readable activation code is configured to authorize the wireless service when provided to a system associated with a wireless service provider, receiving the machine-readable activation code in a server, the machine-readable activation code being captured by a wireless device, and provisioning the wireless service to the wireless device from a wireless network when the machine-readable activation code is provided to the system associated with the wireless network.
