Devices, methods, and graphical user interfaces for providing haptic feedback

An electronic device displays a first user interface that includes a plurality of icons of a first type and at least one icon of a second type. While a focus selector is on a first icon of the first type, the device detects movement of a contact in a drag gesture, and, in response, moves the first icon across the display. In accordance with a determination that the first icon moves over one or more other icons of the first type during the drag gesture, the device outputs one or more tactile outputs of a first type. In accordance with a determination that the drag gesture moves the first icon over an icon of the second type at the end of the drag gesture, the device displays a second user interface that corresponds to the icon of the second type and outputs a tactile output of a second type.

An apparatus and method are provided. The method includes reproducing, by a portable phone, multimedia content via an external output device while the portable phone is coupled with the external output device, determining whether the portable phone is decoupled from the external output device, and terminating the reproducing of the multimedia content based at least in part on a determination that the portable phone is decoupled from the external output device.

COMMUNICATION USING BIOPOTENTIAL SENSING AND TACTILE ACTIONS

Among other things, a received inbound message is presented to a person wearing a wearable device. The inbound message is presented to the person as perceptible stimulation at the skin of the person. Monitoring is done for presence of an outbound message derived from biopotential signals sensed at the skin of the person after the receipt of the inbound message.

A handbag, backpack or luggage with an incoming call reminding function, comprising: an incoming call reminding device equipped inside a handle of the handbag and used for sensing an incoming call signal of a mobile phone nearby and reminding by vibrating. The incoming call reminding device having a battery, mainboard, vibration motor and a cable, wherein the vibration motor receives the signal transmitted by the mainboard and vibrates to alert when the mobile phone has an incoming call. There may be at least one cavity (which may be in an inner padding material) and holds the incoming call reminding device inside of a handle or backpack strap. The vibration motor, mainboard and battery may be placed separately and substantially in a line, to keep in a narrow space inside of the handle or strap.

Systems and methods for providing remote incoming call notification for cellular phones
11190633 · 2021-11-30 ·

The present invention provides a remote notification to a user of a cellular, or mobile, phone as the result of a particular activity or any activity at all (e.g., an incoming call from a particular person, group, or just an incoming call). In one embodiment, a sensing device is provided on the cellular phone that communicates/routes an alert to a remote notification device. In one economical embodiment, the notification device may have a short wire-based communication channel (e.g., roughly 1 foot to 5 feet) and only have a single output device (e.g., a light-emitting device). Thus, a woman may be able to quietly receive notifications of a cell phone event when her cell phone is stored in her purse.

Mobile terminal, vibration control method and device, and storage medium

A mobile terminal includes: a shell; a display screen arranged on a surface of the shell, the display screen including first and second display regions; a first vibration component, arranged in the shell and on a back surface of the first display region; a second vibration component, arranged in the shell and on a back surface of the second display region; a processor, arranged in the shell and configured to determine a form of the display screen, the display screen having a folded and unfolded form, the first and second display regions being overlapped in the folded form and separated in the unfolded form; and a controller, arranged in the shell and connected with the processor and the first and second vibration components, the controller being configured to control vibration amplitudes of the first and the second vibration components according to the determined form of the display screen.

Ultrasonic processing method, electronic device, and computer-readable medium

Disclosed are an ultrasonic processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium, wherein same relate to the technical field of mobile terminals. The method includes: when it is monitored that an electronic device outputs a ringing sound, acquiring audio data of an ultrasonic signal received by an ultrasonic receiving apparatus, wherein the ultrasonic signal is a signal that is transmitted by an ultrasonic transmitting apparatus and returned after same is reflected by an object; determining, according to the audio data, a change in the distance between the electronic device and the object; and adjusting the volume of the ringing according to the change in the distance.
