Method for providing media content using multi-channel navigator and route sequences
An electronic device displays a first row of graphical representations, each corresponding to a context element of a route sequence map of a first user. The route sequence map includes context elements organized in a hierarchical structure, each context element having one or more property values specifying an action to be performed by the server or a link to one or more child context elements in the hierarchical structure. In response to a selection of a first graphical representation from the first row, a first message having at least a first identifier (ID) of the first graphical representation is transmitted to the server. A second message is received from the server in response to the first message, the second message including data identifying a second row of context elements of the route sequence map. The second row is displayed as a child row to the first row.
MULTIMODAL INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM
Multi-modal interaction with a telephonic device using a call handling system is enabled by receiving a call at an interactive voice response (IVR) system of the call handling system, the call being received from a telephonic device of a caller. A voice communications session between the IVR and the telephonic device is established in response to the call. Whether the telephonic device is capable of processing multi-modal communications is determined. Based on determining that the telephonic device is not capable of processing multi-modal communications, the IVR is enabled to access and audibly deliver voice page content to the caller via the voice communications session. Alternatively, based on determining that the telephonic device is capable of processing multi-modal communications, the call handling system is configured to exchange multi-modal communications with the telephonic device during the call.
INTERACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USE
A communication transaction management system has a computerized appliance executing software from a digital medium for a particular enterprise, a holding function of the software tracking received transactions initiated by associated persons, and selecting individual transactions for connection to live agents, and a monitoring function for determining behavior of the persons associated with individual transactions on hold relative to an interactive presentation. Individual transactions on hold are prioritized for connection to live agents at least in part depending on the behavior determined by the monitoring function.
Preloading contextual information for applications using a conversation assistant
Usage data associated with a user of a telephonic device is accessed by a remote learning engine. A service or a product is identified by the remote learning engine based on the accessed usage data. A recommended voice bundle application is determined by the remote learning engine. A recommendation associated with the recommended voice bundle application is transmitted to the telephonic device. The recommendation is presented to the user through voice communications. One or more input parameters associated with the recommended voice bundle application is collected by the telephonic device. The user through voice communications has accepted the recommendation determining is determined. In response to determining that the user has accepted the recommendation, the one or more input parameters to the recommended voice bundle application are loaded by the telephonic device, and the recommended voice bundle application is executed by the telephonic device.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An electronic apparatus performing wireless peer-to-peer (wireless p2p) connection with an external device is provided. The electronic apparatus may include a communicator comprising communication circuitry, a microphone configured to receive a user voice input and a processor configured to control the communication circuitry to select the external device as a target device for the wireless p2p connection in response to the voice data received from the external device in a process of probing for the wireless p2p connection being consistent with voice data input through the microphone.
Methods and systems for management of video and ring tones among mobile devices
Provided herein are methods and systems for a sender-controlled contact media content type that can be sent among mobile devices, including addressing the contacts systems and methods of such devices to provide rich interactions among users upon the occurrence of contact events.
ADJUSTABLE INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM
Provided herein are methodologies, systems, apparatus, and non-transitory computer-readable media for providing an adjustable interactive voice response (IVR) system. User identification information is received in order to determine which portions of an IVR system the user can access. The user can then search the IVR system based on a search term corresponding to a verbal phrase recognizable in the IVR system. The user can enter the search term via a GUI displayed on an electronic device. A listing of audio files or options files corresponding to the verbal phrase is then transmitted to the electronic display device. A new verbal phrase to be recognized in the IVR system is then received from the user, and a system flow including at least one of the audio files or options files is modified to correspond to the new verbal phrase.
Providing a customized visual interface based on a dialed number
A system may be configured to receive an indication that a call has been placed (e.g., to a call center), and may provide a customized visual interface. The customized visual interface may include information that is potentially relevant to a user who has placed the call, and may be based on, for example, a user profile or history information, a purchase history of goods or services offered by an entity associated with the called party. The customized visual interface may allow the user to more quickly satisfy the purposes of his or her call than through traditional audio or touchtone menus.
Electronic device and method for displaying phone call content
An electronic device and method for displaying phone call content are provided. The electronic device includes a communication unit configured to transmit and receive voice data during a phone call connection, an audio unit configured to input and output voice data, an input unit configured to receive a user input, a controller configured to determine whether a connected phone call corresponds to an automatic response system (ARS) phone call, and convert received voice data into text data when the connected phone call corresponds to the ARS phone call, and a display unit configured to display the converted text data.
Displaying visual representation of voice messages
Messages, such as voice messages, are received at a server and processed to generate extracted data that includes text from the message, envelope information, or contact information. The extracted data is transmitted to a device that displays a visual representation that includes some of the extracted data. The visual representation (e.g., an icon) enables the user to visually see what is in a voice message. By selecting a particular visual representation, the corresponding message can be retrieved from the message server and played at the device. In some instances, the message server also transmits an initial segment to the device that can be played by the device as well.
