A building toy and a method of building with it. The toy is designed to be constructed of a rigid and generally non-deformable material such as, but not limited to, wood and particularly hardwood, and is constructed in the fashion of a log-style building toy. The toy utilizes interconnecting notches in its construction, but provides for a variety of specialized pieces which allow for interconnection of parts where there is one notch but not another, as well as the ability to build roofs, floors, and specialty structures such as fireplaces through the use of specialized components. Further, the use of more strongly connecting components allows for stronger structures to be built. This includes, but is not limited to various types of bridges, including arch, suspension, and cable stay.

An educational apparatus is disclosed. The educational apparatus has one or more first sheet members including a first side and a second side, the first side and the second side each having first markings indicating the same first surface area, and one or more first attachment portions disposed along some or substantially all of a perimeter of the one or more first sheet members. The educational apparatus also has one or more second sheet members including a first side and a second side, the first side and the second side each having second markings indicating the same second surface area, and one or more second attachment portions disposed along some or substantially all of a perimeter of the one or more second sheet members.

Interlocking panels are assembled to form modules, and the modules are assembled to form a modular display case, for displaying, transporting and storing objects such as models, display items or valuable collectibles. The present disclosure relates to toy construction kits and assemblies and, more particularly, to connectors that are mechanically attached to and extend from the corners of geometric frame-like modules. The connectors are also adapted to interface with and magnetically connect to linear magnetic modules, whereby a user can create multiple construction platforms upon which a number of diverse and interesting structures can be assembled.

A construction system includes at least two building elements provided with one or more cylindrical holes and one or more connection pins having a first end, a second end and a longitudinal axis. The connection pins are configured to be detachably inserted into the holes and hereby connect two adjacent building elements. The connection pins are provided with a first notch extending along the longitudinal axis and a second notch extending along the longitudinal axis, wherein the first notch extends from the first end to a position between the first end and the second end, wherein the second notch extends from the second end to a position between the first end and the second end. The width of the connection pins is larger than the width of the cylindrical holes.

A multiform combination game apparatus disclosed by the present invention includes at least one base and at least one connecting plate. After a connecting rod provided on each of the four corner outer sides of the connecting plates is caused to pass through a respective connecting hole in the base, locking members are used to fixedly lock and firmly position the connecting plates. Therefore, combinatorial changes in combining the abovementioned members enable assembling a game apparatus of diverse variety.

This disclosure provides interlocking blocks that can be connected on any side to form a structure, wall, foundation, floor, building, flotation device, gardening structure, or toy. The interlocking blocks typically comprise center openings and connecting openings on each side and can be connected with hardware through the connecting openings. The center openings allow for materials such as pipes, wires, conduit, and rebar to pass through interlocked blocks. Connected blocks can also be filled with fortifying material to strengthen the structure. Sides of connected blocks can be covered with faceplates to direct flow of fortifying material and aid in the creation of desired configurations. Also provided are connectors for connecting sides of the interlocking blocks.

The present invention relates to a unit block having a coupling portion and an insertion portion provided in special structure and shape such that, instead of providing an assembly-type toy that makes a user build an assembly-type completed product according to the manual, the user is enabled to implement various articles by exercising creativity without feeling bored. The present invention provides a unit block, which has integrally provided coupling and insertion portions, and provides, as a means for using the same when a desired object is to be implemented.

A constructional toy comprising a plurality of elements which can be assembled together to form a variety of three dimensional structures. The elements include a triangular prism shaped brick element comprising a plurality of walls. The walls define a male mating side having a male engagement feature which extends from the brick. The walls also define a female mating side which defines a cavity configured for receiving an engagement feature of the same configuration as provided on the male mating side.

A play mat assembly includes a mat with a first major surface and an opposing second major surface and a plurality of extension coupling points on the first major surface. An extension having a proximal end is removably coupled with one of the plurality of extension coupling points. The extension extends away from the proximal end at the first major surface of the mat to a distal play piece connection point. A play piece is removably coupled with the play piece connection point.
