Information processing apparatus configured to create image data with different sizes, and non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions therefor
A controller of an information processing apparatus is configured to receive image data representing a first size image, the first size being a size within which a first number of first objects can be printed, extract second image data included in the first image data, the second image data representing the first object, create first print data used to print the second number of first objects on the second size sheet in an arranged manner based on the extracted second image data, the second number being less than the first number, the first size being a size of a sheet on which the first number of first objects can be arranged, the second size being a size of a sheet on which the first number of first objects cannot be arranged but the second number of first objects can be arranged, the first print data being transmitted to a printer.
Image processing apparatus, storage medium, and image processing method for performing image repeat print processing
Image analysis processing is performed on a scanned image to detect a document area and, based on the detected document area, a tilt-corrected document image is obtained by extraction and tilt correction of the document image. Further, an image output size of printing an image in a repeat target area specified based on the tilt-corrected document image is specified, magnification of the image in the repeat target area is changed to the output size, and the image is repeatedly laid out within a specified sheet size. Thus, in an apparatus that generates a repeat layout processed output image and controls print processing, an image output size which is the same as an image output size for the front side of a sheet is specified for the back side of the sheet in a case where the repeat layout processing is performed on both the sides of the sheet.
Communication apparatus and control method thereof
An apparatus, when it is determined that a resolution of a captured image is higher than or equal to a predetermined resolution, transmits, to an external apparatus, a first request for an image of a resolution corresponding to a resolution higher than or equal to the predetermined resolution, and when it is determined that the resolution of the captured image is not higher than or equal to the predetermined resolution, transmits, to the external apparatus, a second request for an image of a resolution corresponding to a resolution lower than the predetermined resolution, performs control to sequentially receive images that are sequentially captured by the external apparatus, and performs control to combine the images that are captured by the external apparatus with the images that are sequentially generated by the image capturing, and sequentially display the combined images.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ORDERING A PRINT PRODUCT INCLUDING A DIGITAL IMAGE UTILIZING AUGMENTED REALITY
A method for ordering a print product comprises displaying a video that includes an exhibited physical product; comparing a feature or attribute associated with the exhibited product with a feature or attribute associated with the available product; displaying a digital overlay in the video and in association with the displayed exhibited product if the displayed exhibited product corresponds to the digital representation of the available product; allowing for the selection of the digital overlay and then a digital image; establishing a print order including an identification of the displayed exhibited product associated with the selected digital overlay and the selected digital image; and allowing for the fulfillment of the print order to produce a print product using a printing device, wherein the print product includes the selected digital image disposed on a selected physical product representative of the displayed exhibited product associated with the selected digital overlay.
Image processing apparatus that performs multi-crop processing, method of generating image in units of documents by multi-crop processing and storage medium
To make it possible to cut out an image area corresponding to a document with a high accuracy from an image obtained by scanning a document without forcing a user to perform complicated work or without giving a feeling of discomfort at the time of performing multi-crop processing. To this end, first, position information on the document is acquired by detecting an edge component from a first image obtained by setting high the first white reference value. Then, an image area corresponding to the document is cut out based on the acquired position information from a second image obtained by setting the second white reference value lower than the first white reference value.
Control method
A control method includes outputting an estimated feature value based on first layout data generated by a user, generating an album creation parameter based on the output estimated feature value, generating layout data based on the generated album creation parameter and an image used for second layout data generated by a user, and updating the album creation parameter based on a feature value based on the generated layout data and a feature value based on the second layout data. The first data and the second are uploaded to a server. When a number of pieces of layout data uploaded to the server is fewer than a predetermined number, data in units of album double-page spreads is used as the first layout data. When the number of layout data uploaded to the server is greater than the predetermined number, data in units of albums is used as the first layout data.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS FOR ADDING INFORMATION INDICATING ACTION OF SUBJECT TO IMAGE, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An image processing apparatus acquires a plurality of pieces of image data sequentially outputted from an imager and, in accordance with reception of an image capturing instruction to capture a still image, specify as image data to be processed a plurality of pieces of image data in a period that includes a timing at which the still image is captured. The image processing apparatus, based on an action of a subject estimated using the image data to be processed, add information that indicates the action of the subject to data of the still image.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
According to an aspect of the disclosure, an information processing apparatus comprising a communication circuit and a control circuit is provided. The control circuit transmits reduced image data of captured image data, to a first external apparatus through the communication circuit; receives, from the first external apparatus, a result of evaluation processing applied to the reduced image data; on the basis of the result of the evaluation processing, determines whether to apply image processing to the captured image data corresponding to the reduced image data, by a second external apparatus; transmits the captured image data that is determined to be applied the image processing, to the second external apparatus through the communication circuit; and receives, from the second external apparatus, a result of the image processing applied to the captured image data.
Wide-angle image processing method and apparatus therefor
A wide-angle image processing apparatus and method includes receiving in a first client terminal having a display an original image captured by a wide-angle camera; receiving in the first client terminal a user input for selecting a first view mode for the display; requesting metadata corresponding to the first view mode from a shared memory accessible to the first client terminal and the wide-angle camera; receiving the metadata corresponding to the first view mode from the shared memory; and setting at least one region of interest in the original image based on the metadata corresponding to the first view mode.
Non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-readable instructions
A non-transitory computer-readable medium stores computer-readable instructions, the computer-readable instructions, in response to being activated by an operating system, causing the portable terminal to perform: a first acceptance process of accepting an operation designating one of image forming devices communicable; a first storage process of causing the memory to store a first device ID, as a designated device ID; a second acceptance process of accepting an operation designating contents; and an operation instruction process of transmitting operation instruction information, and the computer-readable instructions, in response to being activated by another program, causing the portable terminal to perform: an acquisition process of acquiring, from the another program, a second device ID for identifying the image forming device; and a second storage process of causing the memory to store the second device ID, as the designated device ID.
