A system and method for creatively directing a promotional campaign comprised of photos or videos captured by a plurality of remote contributors. The method may comprise creating, via a graphical user interface of a computing device, a list of shot templates for desired photos or videos, each shot template comprising shot specifications. The shot specifications may comprise a description of a desired subject of the shot template and one or more desired camera settings. The method may then comprise generating a notification regarding the list of shot templates from the graphical user interface, sending the notification to an image capture device of one or more of the plurality of remote contributors, and displaying the list of shot templates on the image capture device.

Content proxy may be obtained. Content may include video captured by an action camera. Content proxy may include metadata information obtained contemporaneous with the content and stored in a session container. Content proxy may include lower data rate version of the content (thumbnails). Content proxy information may be viewed and/or analyzed in order to obtain one or more highlights. Content portion corresponding to the highlight may be obtained. Multiple versions of content proxy obtained by multiple cameras may be used to identify, display, and/or share content portions in a multi-camera/multiuser applications.

The process includes performing preview display processing on a piece of content of document-image information generated by optically scanning a document by using one reading setting, the preview display processing being performed by using multiple transmission settings that are different from the one reading setting; and generating new image information in a case where one of pieces of content of the document-image information each of which results from the preview display processing performed by using a corresponding one of the multiple transmission settings is selected, the new image information being generated from the document-image information by using one of the transmission settings that corresponds to the selected piece of content.

An image processing apparatus which is capable of improving ease of operation for users and also improving security when destinations are made public. The image processing apparatus is shared by a plurality of users and capable of selecting a destination from a plurality of address books and carrying out file transmission to the destination. A light filed (LF) display system for displaying holographic performance content (e.g., a live performance) to viewers in a venue. The LF display system in the venue includes LF display modules tiled together to form an array of LF modules. The array of LF modules create a performance volume (e.g., a stage) for displaying the performance content in the venue. The array of LF modules displays the performance content to viewers in viewing volumes. The LF display system can be included in a LF presentation network. The LF presentation network allows holographic performance content to be recorded at one location and displayed (concurrently or non-concurrently) at another location. The LF presentation network includes a network system to manage the digital rights of the holographic performance content.
