A color correction system for a photo printer comprises: a mobile application which accesses a service server, downloads newly updated extension color correction data from the service server, and stores the newly updated extension color correction data; a control unit which compares a version of the extension color correction data with a version of first color correction data stored in the photo printer and performs control so that the extension color correction data stored in the photo printer is updated based on a result of the comparison; and a short-distance communication module which transmits the first extension color correction data to the photo printer while operating in conjunction with the photo printer.

Various example embodiments provide a note capture device comprising a writing surface, a camera mounted to view the writing surface, and electronic circuitry to capture images of said surface, or various alternative surfaces, including for example, a business card surface. Notes are captured upon a determination of completion of the note writing, and either stored or forwarded to an external device, or both. Handwriting recognition software is provided to enhance searchability of captured notes. Application software embodied on various devices provides the ability to view, browse, share, search and edit captured notes and associated data.

System and method for remotely printing digital images for pickup at a retail store
The method and system allow a user to launch a client application on an web-enabled device and subsequently to navigate to an image source screen within the client application. After receiving an image source selection from the user, the client application retrieves images from the selected image source. The client application displays the retrieved images available for printing to a user, and in response to receiving a selection of an image, the client application transmits the image to a proprietary server. Moreover, upon receiving print order information, the client application additionally executes a location awareness application that determines a current location of the web-enabled device and subsequently, determines a proximal retail store to the current location of the web-enabled device. Thereafter, the remote printing system creates and transmits a print order that includes the selected image to the retail store for pickup.
Image processing system
An image processing system in which a client apparatus transmits RAW image data to a server apparatus, receives a result developed by the server apparatus, and displays onto a display area. The client apparatus reduces the RAW image data to a size suitable to display, transmits to the server apparatus, and requests a development processing. The client apparatus also starts a transmission processing of original RAW image data to the server apparatus. While making adjustment of the development processing to reduced RAW image data, the client apparatus and the server apparatus execute a transmission and reception processing of the original RAW image data in parallel therewith. After the development processing of the reduced RAW image data, if there is a request from the client apparatus, the server apparatus also executes the development processing of the original RAW image data.

Provided are a content provision device, a content provision method, a program, and a recording medium capable of appropriately displaying content provided by reading a printed matter of an image acquired via a network. In the present invention, at least a part of a target image provided by a first user is set as a first image, content displayed on a display screen of a terminal of a second user is stored in association with the first image, data for printing is transmitted to the terminal, a read image is received from the terminal in a case in which a printed matter generated by printing a target image and a second image on a designated medium in accordance with the data for printing is read by the terminal, a storage destination is specified from a portion corresponding to the second image in the read image, and display data for displaying the content stored in the storage destination at a position in the display screen in accordance with a portion corresponding to the first image in the read image is transmitted to the terminal.
