The screenshot executing section acquires an image being displayed on the display. The control section performs authentication processing authenticating a user. When an image that requires authentication of the user is being displayed on the display, the control section forbids the screenshot executing section to acquire the image. When an image that requires no authentication of the user is being displayed on the display, the control section permits the screenshot executing section to acquire the image.

An input apparatus, that displays an editing screen including a keyboard on a display unit, includes a display control unit and a determination unit. The display control unit is configured to cause the display unit to display an input screen including at least an input item in which data is input via the keyboard thereon. The determination unit is configured to determine, based on the input item, that is a target in which data is input via the keyboard, whether a key for accepting an instruction to change the input item, that is a target in which data is input via the keyboard, to a next input item is to be displayed together with the keyboard on the display unit.

An operation input device includes a display processing portion, a setting processing portion, and a notification processing portion. In a printing system capable of supplying a sheet of a job having undergone print processing by the printing unit of a printing apparatus to a post-processing unit capable of executing at least a specific type of post-processing among a plurality of types of post-processes, when the target job requires the specific type of post-processing, the printing apparatus is inhibited from executing print processing of the job without explicitly determining a sheet necessary for the print processing of the job by a user using a user interface unit. When the target job does not require the specific type of post-processing, the printing apparatus is permitted to execute print processing of the job without explicitly determining a sheet necessary for the print processing of the job by the user using the user interface unit.

An MFP stores a plurality of different pieces of biometric information of a user and a plurality of secret keys respectively corresponding to the pieces of biometric information in the TPM and registers public keys corresponding to the private keys in a server. If verification of the signature data using the public key in the server is successful, the MFP performs display related to a shortcut process associates with the biometric information corresponding to the secret key used when the signature data that is a target of the verification is created by an input and output device.
