An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to: select an object which is a transmission candidate using (i) attributes of objects managed in a project including plural processes and (ii) an attribute of a user who instructs an operation relating to transmission of an object, generate, for the object which is the transmission candidate, image information obtained by imaging transmission information used for the transmission of the object, and output the generated image information.

An information processing apparatus includes a setting unit, a detector and a controller. The setting unit sets setting information associating a registered image obtained by reading an image with control information indicating whether input image data is to be stored or not. The detector detects the registered image from the input image data. The controller controls whether or not the input image data including the registered image is stored in a storage based on the setting information.

An image output device includes a storage and outputs image data stored the storage. The image output device includes a detector, an output controller, and an eraser. The detector detects whether or not specific image information is included in the image data. An image capturing device may capture image data for processing to form an image. The image capturing device may perform a hashing procedure on the image data, wherein performing the hashing procedure generates a hash value of the image data. The image capturing device may provide, to an image authentication device, the hash value of the image data, wherein the hash value of the image data is to be used by the image authentication device to validate the image based on a request to authenticate the image received from a receiving device. The image capturing device may process the image data to form the image for display to a user. The image capturing device may provide, after providing the hash value of the image data to the image authentication device, the image for display to the user.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a printing system comprising accepting a request to print based on a capture image of an image projected by the projection unit; determining whether or not printing based on the capture image of the image projected by the projection unit is possible; in a case where it is determined that the printing of the image projected by the projection unit is possible, permitting the printer to print based on the capture image of the image projected by the projection unit on the basis of the request accepted; and in a case where it is determined that the printing of the image projected by the projection unit is not possible, restricting the printer from printing based on the capture image of the image projected by the projection unit on the basis of the print request accepted.

An information processing system adds density information to a first specific region of a document sheet represented by image data, the density information being indicated by a reference density lower than a density index value derived based on densities of pixels included in the image data. The system adds predetermined restriction information to the image data, the restriction information being indicated by a density equal to or higher than the reference density. The system acquires, as a determined density, a density of the first specific region. The system determines, based on the image data, whether a second specific region that is a part or all of a region of the document sheet, includes the restriction information indicated by a density that is equal to or higher than the determined density. If so, the system restricts a specific process concerning the image data from being executed.
